Uhm. Hmm. Yeah. I would definitely go to a doctor if you can. Sounds like a circulation issue, actually. Even sounds something like carbon dioxide poisoning or hypoxia - when it comes to diving I know those things causing tingling in extremedies. It's no small deal, and the moving is a sign it's even worse. So, yeah, it's kinda serious.
