      Well, while a lot of heartburn rememedies are things like chalk, I find simple foods (like say a ham sandwich) are equally effective, and have the bonus of being a meal anyhow when you are hungry :)

      Yeah I just got myself a Neuburger Sandwich and hope it'll help. I'm definitely not gonna eat chalk haha

      Many (probably most) indigestion remedies are just chalk - in a liquid suspension, or as a tablet with some sort of mint or fruit flavoring.

      it reacts with the acid cancelling it out, so it works reasonably well.

      I don't have my phone on me most time of the day haha. (not allowed in the warehouse) I'll be busy like crazy at work, so I'm sure I won't get bored at least. I just feel like I caught a stomach bug.
