Shiny Silvermoon

One day, I'll be good enough in English to understand this joke. For now, I'll just make a joke myself! It's the story of a pony who was eating peanut butter everyday! One day, he got tired of eating peanut butter so he stopped before going… Nut!!!

*Once @Samurai Equine Trilby and the Ragtime Jukebox finished their performance, Shiny Silvermoon set Croissanto aside to have both of her front hooves free. She then vigorously applauded them.* Shiny : "Woohoo! That was amazing! Encore! Encore!" *The uncorn cheerfully beamed.*

*Shiny Silvermoon who is still holding Croissanto in her hoof approaches @Emerald Heart but the mare see her comming, this time.* Shiny : "For somepony who pretends to not be a comedian, you've done fairly good at entertaining us! Isn't that right, my fellow pastry friend made of non-edible materials?" *The unicorn with a silver mane merrily praised her.* Croissanto : "It was more entertaining than watching a batpony sitting on a stool, taking a ludicrous pose." *The croissant-shaped puppet said to Emerald, more miser on the compliments than the pony holding him.* Shiny : "Speaking of which, I wonder if @Nitobit Moonlight still has his banana!"

*Shiny rushes toward @Wizard while holding a microphone with her magic.* WIZARD!!! WIZARD!!! CONGRATULATION FOR YOUR FIRST PLACE!!! HOW ARE YOU FEELING ABOUT THIS?! *Shiny then moves the microphone toward her.*

Shiny : "Hello, my little pony! My name is Shiny Silvermoon and this is Croissanto, my croissant-shaped puppet! Who do we have the pleasure to meet?" *Shiny Silvermoon suddenly introduced herself to @Emerald Heart with a joyful smile. She had appeared from seemingly nowhere, holding Croissanto in her hoof.* Croissanto : "Are you here to participate to the Goof Off or are you simply here to watch?" *Croissanto said to Emerald with a much more neutral tone of voice than the unicorn.* Shiny : "I have the certitude that you'll have a fantastic time, no matter what is your answer to this question!"

Yes! Exactly! We have to go turn by turn! Right now, it's @ChrysalisM's turn but eventually it will be yours!

WE'RE BACK IN BUSINESS!!!

And I shall be there to send the evil foe's plans to Disneyland but without allowing them to buy anything from the giftshop!

I felt a great disturbance in the Force...

*Shiny arrives with a wooden pipe in her mouth and an hat.* "Are you winning, son?"

*Once @Wizard Titanium was done throwing mercilessly objects covered in paint and revealed her creation to the crowd, Shiny Silvermoon immediately began to praise her. She was barely holding herself from bursting into laughters, shaking on her seat.* Shiny : "That's… *Muffled chuckles* That's great, Titanium! S-Silkytastic even! It's so… *Almost left a giggle escape from her lips.* so accurate!" *Then, she laid Croissanto on her lap to be able to use her two hooves for applauding.* Shiny : "Bravo! Bravo!"

*Both Shiny Silvermoon and Croissanto were watching with wide eyes @Wizard Titanium's display of… talent? The comical duo was flabbergasted to think that whatever was going on the stage would end up as a painting of @Nitobit Moonlight. Eggs and even a rubber chicken were used, in order to finish the artistic creation.* Shiny : "I'm so egg-cited to see the result!" Croissanto : "Call it a shell shock but I think this is actually working!" Shiny : "Woohoo! Go Titanium! Go!" *The unicorn with a silver mane encouraged her friend on the stage.*

My performance is over, I don't know if it was clear enough. You were both tagged by the way. And what type of performance are you planning on doing?

*Immediately after hearing her name and Croissanto's, Shiny Silvermoon made her way to the center of the stage. She pushed the remains of the giant cake aside to land a wooden stool. Then, the mare sat on the stool and brought the microphone closer, with her magic.* Shiny : "Thank you, @Pinkie Pie and @Dynamo Pad! And greetings, everypony! For those who don't know me, my name is Shiny Silvermoon and this is Croissanto! Our performance will be in the form of a comedy show!" *The unicorn introduced herself, as well as the puppet she was holding.* Shiny : "And to make sure that our show is hilarious, we made the preview in front of a famous humorist : Maud Pie!" Croissanto : "That's right! We rocked her world without any doubt!" Shiny : "I can't believe that we almost saw the corners of her mouth stretch upward! I've never seen her so sedimental before!" *The pony with a silver mane added with a cheeky grin.* Croissanto : "We should begin the show ore the other participants will keep waiting for their turn! I think you wanted to start off with a story which truly happened to you, right?" *Croissanto being equally smug.* Shiny : "Indeed! I was on a very important mission given by the one and only Princess Silky! My goal was to retrieve the elphenite usually wore by her like an amulet-" *The mare began to narrate the story to the crowd. But she was interrupted by her croissant-shaped puppet.* Croissanto : "What in Equestria is an elephantine?" Shiny : "You mean an elphenite! I didn't really knew much about it either! All I knew is that it was a green gem and that it was hidden in the Canterlot Castle! However, I wasn't alone on this mission! Moonlight Wane and Skylight Scintillate were there to accompany me on this journey!" "Together we managed to infiltrate the castle without getting caught. It was until I found myself face to face with a royal guard. I awkwardly stared at him for a few minutes, as I tried to find the right words. The success of our quest, as well as our freedom, depended on the next words coming out of my mouth. What I said to the royal guard is..." *Shiny remained silent for a few seconds, in order to let the suspense build up. Even Croissanto's glass-made eyes were hanging on her lips.* *Croissanto was speechless, he didn't know how to react. He was presumably wondering if Shiny was related to either Scooby Doo or Shaggy.* Shiny : "Then I said to my campanions : Pssss! Guys, I think I've convinced him!" Croissanto : "Oh Shiny! You'll never cease to surprise me! On another topic, I came across a childhoold friend, the other day! A bipolar baguette who grew up with me in the same bakery." *The croissant-shaped puppet changed the topic of the conversation.* Shiny : "Hey! I also have a bearpolar friend!" *Shiny beamed happily.* Croissanto : "A bipolar friend, you mean!" Shiny : "No, he's a bearpolar! One day, he's the best friend in Equestria and, the next one, he could eat somepony!" Croissanto : "That's what I said! He's a bipolar!" Shiny : "No no no! My friend is a- Fine, give me 2 seconds." *The mare then left the wooden stool and went to the backstage. She quickly came back with a framed portrait.* Shiny : "My friend is a BEARPOLAR! One day, he's the best friend in Equestria and, the next one, he could eat somepony!" Croissanto : "I can't bear much more of your nonesense! Intermission, please!" *Shiny Silvermoon (and Croissanto) bent in front of the crowd, while it was applauding the duo, before leaving the stage. It was now somepony else's turn to shine under the spotlights.*

*Hearing the question of @Samurai Equine Trilby, Shiny Silvermoon swiftly turned her head toward him.* Shiny : "Of course not! He's not even alive, he's just a puppet." *She answered his question, while rolling her eyes.* Croissanto : "That's not true! I am alive! Shiny didn't even learn how to be a ventriloquist!" *The croissant-shaped puppet spontaneously responded.* Shiny : "My talent is natural!" *The mare argued with Croissanto.*

Croissanto : "Nope!" *The puppet attached to Shiny's right hoof promptly answered @Dynamo Pad's question.* "This banana is not for eatin- Okay, kinda! But then @Nitobit Moonlight plans on doing something with the peel." Shiny : "No, wait! A banana peel is a weapon of choice, you should allow him to keep it, just in case. You'll remember those words, when the time has come." *Shiny Silvermoon suddenly intervened.* Croissanto : "Could you be more vague and cryptic, please?" *Croissanto sarcastically requested.* Shiny : "Of course! When the fearsome foe will pounce on his beloved ones, the nocturnal warrior will use the fruit of freedom to restore harmony." *The unicorn said, while a mystical Chinese music was playing in the background (which you can't hear without breaking the 4th wall).*

Croissanto : "I didn't think about implying such things! But now that I'm thinking about it, I should have implied such things." *The croissant-shaped puppet repplied to Moonlight @Nitobit with a smug grin.* *Shiny turned Croissanto around in her hoof, for him to face her.* Shiny : "When I told you that you should try to be more honest with others, it wasn't what I had in mind. The mysterious Kirin who sold you to me should have warned me that you were lacking manners! Too bad that this Kirin was a traveling merchant and that I never saw her again!" *The mare said to the puppet, a tiny dropplet of frustration present in her voice.*

*Shiny Silvermoon gazed up at the sky, as Titanium @Wizard gestured toward it. She also made the eyes of her puppet roll up to do the same. Then, the unicorn's eyes went back to the paint artist. Giggles slipped out from between her lips.* Shiny : "Hehehe! The next Cold Moon will only be seen during the next Winter! So keep your blood cold! Or rather at 38⁰ Celcius! It's the temperature at which your equine body is functionning the best!"

*As @Wizard Titanium and @Nitobit Moonlight joined the conversation, Shiny decided to socialize with the two of them. She thought to herself that there was no better way to start off a discussion with somepony than reminding them of potentially traumatizing events.* Shiny : "Howdy, Titanium! How have you been since that time you almost had a burn out, after the Running of the Leaves? Those were fun memories!" *She said to the mare, while a genuine smile was stamped on her face.* Croissanto : "Oh a batpony! I'm living with a pony obsessed by the Moon and a fruitbat who happens to be her pet! Now, I get to meet the two combined. I've been wondering why the royal guard batponies aren't doing the nightshifts at the Canterlot Castle. Maybe you can answer my question!" *Croissanto asked Moonlight Wane.*
