"No way" she gasped, Spooky's spirit was waving excitedly at the prospect of being seen by somepony else. Ghostie tried to look past him, but couldn't ignore his silliness, "How can you see him?" she asked, stunned.

"Y-You see him too?" She stuttered, she looked at her brother's ghost again, which floated forward towards Scorp. "Please tell me you see him,"

She was about to tell how she got here when something appeared out of the corner of her eye, she shrieked, but calmed down, it was only her brother's spirit, "OOP" she cried looking back at Scorp for his reaction.

Ghostie raised an eyebrow at that, but then giggled when she realized, "You're stressed out huh, I know I've been," She sat down beside him, "I've been meaning to ask how you both got here, and how your friend was able to find me,"

The blue unicorn was dazedly sleeping nearby, when she felt smooshed apples fly onto her head. "Wha- huh? Who did that?" She muttered, getting to her hooves, dimension hopping was getting to be a tiring task, but at least she was safe here.

It had been a week and a half since the apocalypse started, and Ghostie felt lonely, she pondered what possibly she could do, and she realized that she may as well try to bond with her two new....friends? Saviours? Well, they were definitely helpful, that was for sure, they had managed to get supplies through this whole thing, very resourceful, and since Scorp was a changeling, it was even more helpful. So she trotted up to talk to Scorp, "Hey" she said. @Lawyer Slip (OOC: here you go)

Ballad of a Ghostie Chapter 1 A full moon's night in Equestria, and yet, something was wrong, the moon was a deep crimson, and the night sky was illuminated with that hellish color. A mare of a cyan color was running frantically through the night, she appeared to be a unicorn, but her horn was broken and cracked, another pony was catching up behind her... but it was no normal pony, this creature was hunched and bony, its mane clung to its fur in patches, cutie mark faded and dull, scratches covering it, obscuring the special talent they'd once had. The unicorn was backed against the clearing of trees, the dark and bloodshot eyes of the creature stared into her soul. She let out a shrill screech, when a green blur sideswept the creature off its hooves. "DIE YOU HORRID CREATURE, PERISH INTO NIGHT," The pegasus stallion howled, landing multiple quick blows to the infected creature, the zombified pony let out a wail as it died from the blows. "Come with me! If you want to survive, you'll come with me!" the stallion cried, putting his hoof forward. The mare, named Ghostie Brightlight, stared at the stallion with her dark circle lined, grayed out eyes, "Who are you? How can I trust you?" She asked. The stallion flapped his wings, and urgently took her by the hoof, "My name's Slipstream, I can't explain who I am right now, there's too many dangerous creatures out here! I'm taking us to a safehouse!" Ghostie followed Slipstream, who she felt she could trust, he HAD just saved her flank from that zombie. He lead the two straight to water, "Umm, Slipstream? I don't think we can make it across!" She whimpered. "Here! Climb on!" he stopped flying and waited for her to hop on, she reluctantly climbed onto Slipstream, as they flew off. Slipstream looked back at her, "You never told me your name!" he said to her, waiting for her response, "Oh? Me? I'm Ghostie, Ghostie Brightlight," "Well, Ghostie, I've got a friend I can take you to! He's at the safehouse waiting for me," Once the duo made it to the safehouse, Slipstream put her down safely, and trotted to the door, pulling it open. "Scorp? Hello? Are you in there?" Slipstream called, Ghostie hightailed it inside in panic, she looked around, hoping to find the one he called Scorp. A changeling sat in the corner, looking over something, a book. He looked up and waved at Slipstream. "Hey! Over here!" The changeling called out, "Scorp, I found a survivor, this is Ghostie!" He gestured a hoof toward the unicorn with the broken horn and the will-o-wisp cutie mark. Scorp stared at her, the unicorn had cyan fur, a long, but well brushed mane and tail, a spiked necklace, dull, tired, grayed out eyes, and of all those things, a broken horn, the top cracked off. "Welcome, Ghostie, to our...um..humble home, if you can call it that," Ghostie shook the Changeling's hoof to be polite, it seemed neither of the two were good with introductions. "Pleased to meet you," she chuckled nervously, she hadn't really made contact with anyone since this had started, 'it's only been half a week', she'd thought. This was, however, about to be the beginning of a blossoming friendship (or, maybe even more.)
