No, there is no specific reason :3 If you look at my name history you can see that I've actually tried out a capitalized name before, but ehhhh for some reason I found myself too attached to the noncapitalized version  .

You know, there's so much raw talent floating about in Octavia's Hall that it's really difficult to simply pick a favourite piece out of the lot. I mean, off the top of my head I can name a lot of the more prominent artists (Firebolt, Motion Spark, kenniks, Octavia's Cellozoid, the list just goes on and on).

I mean, if I really had to mention an artist that left an impression me during my time in OH, you should check out @LessThanNormal's work. He does commissions only I think, but his art is top notch. Of course, there's probably a whole bunch of other artists as talented at him, but then again that's why Octavia's Hall is a fun place to be in

OMG you're right. Damn I've been mistaken all these years. Was this a recent discovery? I always had the impression class G2 stars like Sol were on the light side, but had just enough mass for supernovae.. I'm going to reread up on a lot of things now D:

You're not bad, your drawing has potential. You've more or less nailed down the basics of pony anatomy, you just need to tweak some of the proportions a little. Pretty much what Jokuc has said, the body of the pony needs to be shorter, make use of guide circles and guide lines, like the one he has shown.

I've taken your drawing and outlined over it in more detail so you can get a better idea as to the rough proportions required. Always keep the skeleton in mind and use circles to help you judge where to stop the body. 

And of course, keep practicing

The lack of sleep however, begins to get to her, leading her train of thought to veer into all sorts of dangerous things that would give even Feld0 a heart attack.

What's this? akita-ken sees his *good, good* >friend< in distress and, knowing her stubbornness in refusing to go to sleep, makes a nice cup of coffee to get her through the night.

Key looks to see who has brought her the drink of gods. What might she be contemplating?

Amazing work man. I can't say for sure but you might have just created the first thread regarding 3D art in Creative Resources that I've seen in my time here

Btw, this actually fits in with my headcanon. I believe that Earth Ponies are the most 'conventional' among the three races, relying mainly on machinery, due to greater emphasis that an EP government would place on research and development of technology.
