Someone on Twitter said next gen will be hard for Nintendo if they don't do something against XCloud and Stadia.

LOL @ Nintendo needing to do anything against Stadia.

Stadia is destined to go the same way as other unsuccessful consoles like the Jaguar and the 3DO: Just a curious footnote in the book of gaming history.

  I keep up with this stuff and I've never heard about XCloud.
  
  This person on Twitter has absolutely no idea what they're talking about and that's obvious. The Switch has been an extremely successful console for Nintendo and will more than be able to compete with next gen Xbox and Playstation consoles (especially the former, considering it's had a VERY cold reception as far as I know)

  Does the Switch even need its own cloud gaming service???
  
  I mean, from my understanding, the Switch in itself is a good enough competitor against those services, as it allows you to play anywhere WITHOUT needing an internet or mobile connection, a thing Stadia and Xcloud simply cannot do. Stadia in particular boasting about the ability to play anywhere and I'm here like, dude I got my Switch, I'm already covered!
