    I just put a ASUS Xonar Essence sound card in my computer and the quality is actually better. A lot better. I honestly did not think a sound card would help...

      I can actually get it for $350 plus free shipping from a direct distributor so I'll defiantly consider it.

      Did you get the PCI or PCI-E version of the Asus Xonar Essence?

      Well there's the ST which is PCI and STX which is PCI-E. Strangely the STX is cheaper by around $10-$20 but i;ve read enough to know there's no difference and the PCI is better. Also I don't think I can use my second PCI-E slot anyway sooo... PCI for me it is.
