I'm honestly curious who the people here believe would win, since a great part of the Fandom thinks of Discord as an God.

The Chaos Spirit (or God) vs the that guy who made 4 real Chaos Gods shit themselves.

So, would Discord with his reality-bending powers win or would the Emperor simply erase him from existence?

So who will win: Chaos or Order?

I'm pretty sure the immortal god emperor of man would win.

But why?

Not that i question your choice ;) ...but i would like to know why you think he would.

Well the god emperor is a god so discord can't simply "erase" him from existance.

Oh, I get to repost an old idea of mine! :)

Discord is a greater deamon Lord of Change:
1. Both are “unpredictable and manipulative”
2. Both have “a curious and wreckful mind”
3. Both are “deeply intelligent, yet as uncaring of consequence as it is fascinated by it”
4. Both are “like a child playing upon some gigantic anthill, poking with a stick at its inhabitants and laughing at the hopeless antics of their defense”
5. Both it can be said that “nothing pleases him more than to see the world broken and made anew”
The quoted lines are taken directly from the Daemons of Chaos codex of Warhammer Fantasy Battles 7th Edition, page 33 from the entry on the Lords of Change. Though I admit that if Discord actually is a Lord of Change Equestria is lucky they survived their encounter with such a being...
--------------------------------------------------------------------
On why Discord 'looks' nothing like a Lord of Change read this:
“Lords of Change do not regard it as essential to retain consistency of color, appearance – or even shape”... meaning that it is a small thing for a Lord a Change to look anyway they want.
On why Discord is not as 'dangerous' as a normal Lord of Change would be, well the world is different. What feeds a servant of Tzeentch is that of change, ambition, deceit, exc... such things that would not exist in nearly the same quantity or as negatively. Compared to Equestria, the setting of Warhammer Fantasy Battles is as dark to Equestria as Warhammer 40,000 is to Warhammer Fantasy Battles (arguably)... and thus even more so when comparing Equestria with Warhammer 40k.

As such, since Discord could be related to that of the Lords of Change... the God Emperor of mankind can defeat greater demons and as such I believe he could defeat Discord.

Good day

The God Emperah...hands down. Here's why:

1) Made the primarchs, each a demigod in their own right

2) Has the armies of mankind backing him up...not that he needs it.

3) Urinates streams of molten gold.

4) Greatest Psyker ever to live.

5) Broke Horus Lupercal with a mind lance. Yes yes yes, Horus injured him first, but it was only because the Emperah still loved his favored Son so much. Then he sent Horus packing to the after life.

6) Probably be accompanied by Rogal Dorn and a host of Adeptus Custodes...really not that he needs it though.

7) Exterminatus?

The Emperah is the Chuck Norris of the 40K universe. Discord is a mere magician next the might of the Emperah.
