None, that we have found.

 

There is no way for a pony to gain immortality unless they already have it or we give them ours. Also, technically I and Luna are not immortal... we just age very, very slowly.

Princess Celestia cannot banish anypony to the moon, the only reason she was able to was because of the Elements of Harmony... which she does not have access to anymore.
