general media Assassins with Dissonant Serenity?

So basically, if you don't know what dissonant serenity is it basically means they can stay calm when it would be viewed "abnormal" to be calm. For instance, in the middle of a battle fighting but instead of fear/adrenaline you would stay calm and collected (Look it up for more detail/better explanation.) A great example would be discord, who stays calm in utter chaos (clearly, why else would he be the harbringer of chaos if he couldn't stay a bit calm?)

 

Basically, I'm asking if anyone knows any assassins (or ninjas if you prefer) with dissonant serenity. Also, if you could point me in the general direction of this character (show/game/movie), I would probably watch/play it.

But mainly I'm just curious
