I am saying what show is more sane? 

 

I am saying AOSTH since anything can happen in that show. Same with all the Mario cartoons. But at least Mario is not getting away with disguises and fooling robots all the time. King Koopa is also competent unlike Dr Robotnik who who isn't even a genius.

 

I figure it be fun to talk about this and get a talk going on two great cartoons series.

Honestly, I think I prefer Adventures. I love Mario, but I was never really able to get into the 'Super Show.' It was fine, but it was lacking something for me.

 

Adventures just had this crazy art style (regardless of what the Nostalgia Critic says) and the bond between Sonic & Tails was really strong here. Granted Robotnik was a fool, but it fit the show. SatAM Robotnik is a badass yeah, but AoSTH Robotnik fit the show better.

I grew up on Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, and since I've never seen the Super Mario Brothers Show, my decision is going to be a bit biased.

As someone who prefers Mario over Sonic, AoStH has the SMBSS beat. Hell there was barely anything memorable about SMBSS other than Mama Luigi

Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, by a landslide. This show was far more entertaining than anything Mario could pull out of this overalls.

Also, Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog also provided advice for kids at the end of the show, education!

 

 

Not to mention his voice actor back then was Jaleel White, you know, Steve Urkel? People like him.

 

This show screamed out Saturday morning cartoon, it had the feel and everything.

They are both really werid shows but ASTOH, combined with being the show I watched a fair bit as a kid at least knew it was going to make no sense. SMB Super Show is weird and trying to be a normal cartoon at the same time.

If I were to compare the SMB Show against Sonic SatAm, then Sonic would be winner in this case.

But, Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog... What the hell was up with that show, it had a stupidity overload.

 

I mean: "I'm over there" HOW DO YOU FOOL SOMEONE LIKE THAT!

Even against that horrible Super Mario show, one of the worst things that happened to the franchise.
