Very lovely work all around!  Even the Link drawing you did as a kid looks quite good. 

 

Shading is nicely done all around, giving a nice sense of depth to your work, and the textures stand out nicely in the last piece.  The only thing I would suggest is to push the shadows a little be more to add a bit more contrast to your works entirely.  Of course, you don't want to do too dark, but lighting and shadows are something fun to experiment with, as these can also dramatically alter a drawings expressed mood or atmosphere.

 

I do hope to see more of your work soon, as I am quite impressed by what you have so far.  Keep up the great work and take care!

Amazing detail in most of these; particularly impressed with Neytiri's hair.  And for some reason - that I don't quite understand myself - I gravitated towards "chimp with a gun" lol.
