I have lost my account, Silver Bolt

I  have even tried resetting the password, but nothing is working. I simply cannot log in. I realize this account needs to be deleted, but I'd like help accessing my other account first? Thank you.

What exactly happened when you tried to reset the password? And, to clarify, were you attempting to do so on this page?

It allowed me to reset my password without issue, however, the new password wouldn't let me in either

Keep in mind that display names will not affect login names. Sounds more like you forgot your login name than password.

Alright, that's good news, that you didnt log into other PC's, b/c sometimes that would cause sign-in glitches.    As for the screenshot, did you check anything minor, like spaces, spelling, etc?

Keep in mind that display names will not affect login names. Sounds more like you forgot your login name than password.

 

Daring..............i just remembered after you said that.  @Silver..........do you remember the first Login Name you signed up with, b/c that may be the problem.  You need to plug in your Login Name, not the display names.   I hit me, b/c my login name was what I registered, and I changed the Display name here, however, everytime I logged in, I had to use the original name.

@Silver_Bolt, I've done investigation into this matter and have been unable to find much of use. 

 

The only possibility I can think of at the moment aside from a technical problem is that you accidentally tried to login with your old password. I would recommend resetting your password once again and making sure you attempt to login with the newest one.

 

If that doesn't work, I will notify other individuals regarding this matter to ensure that it is resolved if at all possible.

It seems as if you have forgotten your login name or you need to clean your history along with your autofill.

Some methods which could help:

 

Method #1

 

Use your E-mail and use another browser to login or a different computer phone etc,,,

 

Method #2

 

Ask The Forum Admin to reset your password and full reset it.

Were you able to login to your original account yet?

 

Another suggestion, if you haven't solved it yet...I noticed in your screenshot you don't have an underscore in your username. Yet I see you have an underscore in your screen name on the forums. Perhaps adding one in, to your login name, will solve the issue?
