Storm had told Traveler, one of his best friends, that he'd be on a week long flight. He slid on his yellow-tinted goggles along with his black saddlebags before heading out. Although he said the trip was going to be a week long but it had been a month and he hadn't returned...

Traveller looked over the map one more time. He should have been back a very long time ago, but he hadnt even heard a word from him since he left. He didnt want to go out, he might return soon. But if he didnt, Storm might be lost....or worse. As he stood up and packed his stuff into his saddlebags, he took off. Waiting wasnt like Traveller. He did.

Storm was wandering around in the Everfree Forest, not wanting to see anypony. Although he seemed fine but there is more to meet the eyes... He trotted through a thick bush and stumbled down a steep hill. He then crashed onto the ground, not knowing Treveller is close to him.

Traveller noticed something out of the corner of his eye. Bushes moved slightly as he hovered down. He landed and was amazed to see what was there.

 

'Uhm...hi...' he said awkwardly. This wasnt the most common thing to happpen...

 

'Uhm, ive met other changelings before...so..' he added taking a step back. The changeling on the ground seemed out of it. Maybe he was hurt! 'I have some medical stuff in my packs if you need it.'

"Ow..... Traveller?" Storm asked as he looked up. He noticed he was in his changeling form and sighed. "Don't come near me please... I don't want to harm you..." Storm asked, looking away sadly. Some kind of a black liquid was dripping from his fangs as he looked away. Why him... Why now...
