There is no option in ip.board that allows you to enable/disable badge changing and removing that i'm aware of. ~Relax and enJOY life. However, I could try to add an option in your UCP that lets you disable the display of badges entirely. If you really hate the badges then you can just get them removed this way. I personally believe this should happen for the sake of people that don't like them.
