BronyPony 575 August 17, 2014 Share August 17, 2014 (edited) Let's say we died off and an alien race in spaceships came to Earth and began investigating the planet. And let's say that they found almost every book, song, piece of art, and all the makings of mankind. What do you think they would notice? What piece of art anything stated before do you think they would notice? Yes, you may provide multiple things. Yes, this question assumes that the aliens are curious about our history because we no longer exist in this scenario. EDIT: To provide my answer, I think they might notice our Lord of the Rings series. I think it provides such a great story and aliens might find it interesting how the literature is formed. It would be more interesting if they thought it was a real story. Edited August 17, 2014 by BronyPony
M'aiq the Liar 5,804 August 17, 2014 Share August 17, 2014 Alot of the "wonders" of the world would be relativily preserved, providing we didn't destory ourselves in some sort of nuclear war. They would most certainly find bits of our acient human culture, and the remants of those who had ran to the ancient stone for shelter before humanity up and died. And it is really a wonder, a testiment to human enginuty and perserverence. A real monument to humanity. 1 http://mlpforums.com/page/roleplay-characters/_/vera-yeoman-r5921Muh pleb tier OC .http://mlpforums.com/blog/1663/entry-12477-pony-waifu-wedding-13-maiq-x-fleetfoot/ MLP forum's #1 Fleetfoot fan also married to fleetfoot <

I hope the internet doesn't survive. It would be embarrassing if the aliens found the stuff we put there. 2 This is my new signature.
Nulln 755 August 17, 2014 Share August 17, 2014 They'd think "WHOA! LIFE was here!" and they'd show the evidence to their home planet. and then they'd get slapped in the face and told they were being silly and just seeing what they wanted to see, and those are all just natural rock formations.

M'aiq the Liar 5,804 August 17, 2014 Share August 17, 2014 (edited) entirety of human knowledge pornography Hey, if you wanna learn about a culture, one of the best ways is to see what they are sexually attracted to. Sexuality is a base human trait, and the aliens exploring this would be a great opportunity for them to learn about humanity. Invincible 2,091 August 17, 2014 Share August 17, 2014 I think that, in all honesty, they might just learn of what we made use of to kill ourselves and either ensure they don't repeat the same error or pat themselves on the back for making the right choices down the evolutionary path. BronyPony 575 August 17, 2014 Author Share August 17, 2014 I think that, in all honesty, they might just learn of what we made use of to kill ourselves and either ensure they don't repeat the same error or pat themselves on the back for making the right choices down the evolutionary path. That depends on what species of alien they are. If the species is just like us, with a keen sense of intelligence, but lack of ability to have peace then they might not learn. Who knows.
