Trying to decide which combination to draw

I am either going to draw Applejack and Apple Bloom or Rainbow Dash and Scootaloo

 

 

Choice 1

 

For the AJ & AB drawing I'm planning on having AJ sitting on a hill with AB jumping around her (possibly wearing AJ's hat, we'll see), lighting will be sunset. I also might put Sweetie Bell in the background somewhere, as a salute to the Sisterhooves Social

Choice 2

 

For the RD & S drawing I was going to have the view from right behind Scootaloo as she looks up and sees RD fly overhead, if not I would do viewpoint from behind RD and have Scootaloo look up in awe.

 

 

 

 

I'm tempted to draw AJ and AB because I feel like they get less love than RD does... also AJ's my very close 2nd favorite pony (RD is best, but only by a little)

 

But RD is best pony, and just having her in the drawing would look 20% cooler.

 

 

 

I might just end up doing both, but if I do I want to know which to start with, and I'm going to make it as detailed as I possibly can, and I will do 2 types of the drawing, 1 colored by hand and 1 colored using a computer after I scan it.

 

If you guys would like me to do one combination or the other, please vote, also if you have some suggestions as to what I should include in the picture, I'd be happy to hear.

 

Also if people want I can do a quick outline of what I have in mind for each of the drawings, to give people somewhat of an idea of what I'm picturing

I don't know when I'll finish it haha, I don't have too much time available on my hands to work on it at the moment, with work and school and a bunch of other things I have planned. I don't really have too much work, but I'm trying to get started and spend a lot more time than simple sketches, but here are a few examples of some quick things I've drawn:

 

 

Again, I drew these fairly quickly, so I'll be putting a lot more detail into the drawing

Also I got idea this from something I saw on Equestria Daily, so I'm hoping I can capture a similar art style/quality of this picture... but I've never really done something so detailed and complex, so I'm going big or going home

When I get home from work in several hours I might draw up very basic outlines of where I'm going to have the characters positioned

If you can't read that central circle it says "cloud", going to have sporadic ones here and there. Not sure on what lighting effects I'll use yet.

 

 

I'm going to have trees lining the hills, as it will take place on Sweetapple Acres

 

 

THIS IS NOT THE FINAL WORK (i hope this is obvious.....)

I wanted to "map out" where I was going to place things in my drawing, so use your imagination to picture everything as a finished work. I apologize for the very low quality if you can't make out the light pencil outlines and such.

 

Again, it is only to map out where I'm placing objects so you can can see sort of what I have in mind.

 

 

 

Currently the AJ/AB pic is in favor... I'm kinda liking that one more than Scootaloo and RD now... I'll give it another few days so people can vote if they wish
