I am doing a school research paper, any volunteers?

I'm doing a research paper at my school, and the topic is "Why My Little Pony is so popular". I need to interview an expert on the topic, and I couldn't think of a better place than here.

If you have been a brony since around the beginning, would it be okay if I interview you? To volunteer, just comment how long you've been in the fandom, I have to interview the "most credible" source.

I'm almost two years  old. A little late to the fandom but a part believes me to have more under my belt then anyone else of my 38 years of age. Might want to take that into consideration.
