Shipping to Canada is generally expensive, but check out Hot Topic's website. I ordered my two Rarity Funkos from there

Look at thinkgeek.com. That's where my Doctor Whooves came from. I'm not sure which other ones they have. Also not entirely sure if they ship to Canada, sorry.
