Looking for Voice Actors and Singers of all ages and genders

Hello all,

 

Hoofstep Synergy is currently looking for voice actors and singers for our debut project, Raising Rainbow.

We have openings for many ages and both genders. You will not be required to supply work immediately, however it may be requested from now to a few months initially.

 

There are a few requirements that we, as a team want to maintain:

• A High Level of Quality of work, for example minimal static noise
• A Skype Username - We require this to maintain communication
• The ability to work together with minimal arguments

Here are a list of all the characters we have positions for, and any useful information about them. Some of them even have images so you can see what they look like

Any characters listed in bold are no longer available for casting.

Any characters listed with an underline require a singing voice.

• Rainbolt (Main Character, Appears in most scenes) - Male, Adult.
• Firefly (Supporting Character, Only appears once or twice) - Female, Adult.
• Rainbow Dash (Main Character, Appears in most scenes) - Female, Baby, Toddler, Child
• Rainbow Dash (Main Character, Appears in most scenes) - Female, Teen, Young Adult
• Dreamscape (Supporting Character, Appears regularly) - Male, Adult
• Dewdrop (Supporting Character, Appears rarely) - Female, Adult
• Fluttershy (Supporting Character, Appears rarely) - Female, Toddler, Child, Teen, Young Adult
• Mrs. Skies (Supporting Character, Appears regularly) - Female, Adult
• Moonstruck (Supporting Character, Appears in large chunks of story) - Male, Adult

I'd love to voice Rainbolt. Assuming that's sorta a male Rainbow Dash type thing, because I have an example for that. I can run through other voices though, if you'd like. I sing, too.

EDIT: I'd assume you'd want the voice to be a little lower for Rainbolt. That I can do.

Well, Rainbolt has been taken. Moonstruck and Dreamscape is fine, I'll write up a little bio for them.

 

Okay, so Moonstruck is probably the nasty of the two - he is the brother of Rainbolt and has constantly abused him ever since he was a colt. He has since reformed and tried to repair the friendship between him and his brother. In the future of the story he unintentionally has a foal with Mrs. Skies, which he is not prepared for. As he says, Responsibility is a b!tch. He can be aggressive and protective, but has good meaning within. He has a rather deep voice.

 

Dreamscape is the husband of Dewdrop and the father of Fluttershy. He works in the same place as Rainbolt and the two have been friends for a long time. Rainbolt often turns to Dreamscape for advice in parenting when he mucks up (which happens a lot). He is a nice pony with a slightly lighter male voice. Not terribly excitable but will be engaged on an idea he likes.

Anyway, you did list a male singing role, but I don't know what vocal part (bass, baritone, tenor) and what vocal style (classical, broadway, pop, etc.). If you need a classical baritone for Rainbolt, I can audition via Skype.
