Rising kiss Ali-Mei's cheek, smiling to them.

"I'm glad tomeetyou, Ali-Mei and your family too. Your all so nice, friendly and happy. I really chosed the best mare as my special somepony."

He smiles bright.

Ali-Mei smiled and blushed at his compliment.

"Yup, you'll fit right in," Sparrow said brightly, referring to his second statement. "We have a lot of fun here, especially in the evenings! Whenever we have game night it always gets really competitive! Ooh, you should totally come over next time Dad comes into town! He'd love to meet you, I know he'd like you right off the bat!"

Rising nuzzles er a bit, smiling to Ali-Mei. He then looks back to Sparrow.

 

"Sounds like fun to me. I'm sure, I will come here sometimes then. And I'm more then glad to meet your father too. You all are a cheerfully, happy family. I'm glad to get the chance to meet you all closer."

Ali-Mei nuzzled Rising back. "I can't wait for all the fun nights we'll all have together," she said happily, then laughed. "The ultimate test to see if you'll really stand up to being in our family is playing chess against my dad. No matter how much we teach you, it'll be quite the feat to defeat him!" She smiled.

"Chess? Oh gosh, I never understanded how chess works. I'm a silly filly when it's about chess, it's easy to defeat me, haha!"

 

He laughs a bit, kissing her cheek.

 

"But mayby you can teach me to learn, mayby? I'm sure you can ... I hope."

((Oh dur, I've dug myself into a hole XD I actually know nothing about chess ^^; Guess I shoulda thought before I posted  ))

Ali-Mei giggled. "I don't really know all that much about it myself yet, it's really confusing to me. Hopefully you'll be a better learner than me, haha!"

"Yeah, who tought about that game anyway? I mean, how can ponies remember every rule from it easily and we have trouble to set a move in it, hahaha. Guess, they learned a lot before they got so good. I try to learn it ... someday, for now ... what are we doing now? We should get inside, or?"

Ali-Mei agreed. "I'd rather just play checkers, or a simple game like that. There are only three kinds of moves in checkers: left, right, and jumping over pieces!" She grinned.

 

"Well...oh, I forgot, we wanted to get the daybed for my apartment," she remembered, having completely forgotten about it.

"Yeah, checkers is way easier, agreeing with that point."

 

He chuckles, listening to her.

 

"Woops, your right, the daybed. We should go then, right?"

 

Then a growl is too hear.

 

"Or eat something first? I'm pretty hungry it seems, hehe. We can get the bed and then the food, okay?"

"Sounds like a plan!" Ali-Mei smiled. "It won't take long to get the daybed to my apartment, from what I remember it's not too heavy. Then we'll have lunch."

She knew where the daybed was, in the hall closet, and led him to the closet, opening the door. "Ah, there it is!"

Rising follows her until the closet.

 

"Alright then, if it is really not that heavy, we two should made it by ourselves then. Can you give me a hoof?"

 

Rising walks behind the bed and lifts it up with his fronthooves, waiting for her, to take the other side.

Ali-Mei lifted the other side. "Yeah, for a sturdy daybed it's surprisingly not too heavy," she said, smiling as she began backing up, using the daybed to guide him out of the closet so they were pointing straight down the hall.

Rising keeps holding it, togeher with her carrying it out of the closet.

 

"Yeah, I actually expected it to be heavier, because, well ... it's a bed afterall. I'm glad it isn't so heavy afterall, but I have a strong mare to help."

 

He chuckles and smiles, still carrying the bed.

If Ali-Mei hadn't been holding half of a bed, she would have flexed her muscles (which honestly weren't a lot to brag about). She grinned back at him, and then devoted the rest of her attention to looking behind her and guiding them to the door. Sparrow jumped up and opened the door for them.

"Thanks for open the door."

 

Rising follows with the bed out of the house, until they are completly out of it. He then thinks for a moment.

 

"What do you think, Ali-Mei? Is it easier to carrying on the ground or in the sky flying? Because flying we may could be faster, but if it slipped ... well, then it's broken."

(Aaaaand I'm back! I've been wrapped up in a bunch of things lately but forgot about this one. I'll try to remember harder now XD)

 

"Well, we could fly low to the ground. That way it would be easier to catch it if it did slip, but it would be faster than just walking it over to my apartment." Ali-Mei mused.

Rising is listening to her and nods, after she is done with her idea.

 

"That sounds perfect to me! Good thinking, my smart mare. Just another reason, why I love you so much."

 

He make a big smile, grabbing the bed again and lifting it up a little, waiting for Ali-Mei to do the same.

Ali-Mei lifted up her end of the bed, taking to the air. She grinned back, flying in place for the moment. "Aww, thanks! I love you too." She blew a kiss at him. Ali-Mei then pointed her nose in the direction of her apartment.

 

"Keep flying that way," she directed.

Rising sighs in relief, when he feels her blowed kiss on his cheek and end one right back to her.

 

"Alright, let's get that bed here moving finally to us."

 

Rising starts slowly flying backwards, trying to stay concentrated, watching that the bed wont fall on the ground under them.

Several minutes later, they arrived at Ali-Mei's apartment. They set the bed down for a moment so she could unlock the door, and then Ali-Mei took up the rear, looking behind her and pulling the bed sideways, carefully guiding Rising through the door.

Rising follows her, picking it down too, when she unlocks the door, before lifting it again. Rising listens to the orders, Ali-Mei is giving him to get trough the apartment without destroying anything, finally making it to the bed room.

 

"That wasn't that hard, but I'm glad were done."

Ali-Mei set her end of the bed down. "I'm glad too. Now you can stay the night at my little apartment, with all my books!" She smiled, and then happened to glance over at her calendar.

 

"Oh! I totally forgot - the manager of that bookstore is back today!" she gasped. "I can try to get that job!" She grinned.

"Yay for all your books!"

 

He chuckles a little, lying down on the bed. It feels comfortable.

 

"Mhhhh, nice bed!"

 

He then looks up, after she talked, smiling wide.

 

"Really? That's great to hear! What are we waiting for then? Let's get there now."

 

He stands up again and walks to the door.

Several minutes later, Ali-Mei landed in front of the bookstore. She was excited, but a little nervous. This was the job she really wanted in this little town. She looked to Rising for support.

 

 

(OOC: One of the hardest things about RPs is thinking of what to do next, hehe X3)

Rising lands next to her, seeing that she feels nervous. He puls his hoof around her neck and nuzzles her gently.

 

"Ssshhh, don't worry to much, I don't see any reason, they wouldn't take you, except they have no place for another worker. Just go in and try your luck, okay?"

 

He then gives her cheek a little kiss.
