For ages there have been folk of the darkness and shadows that have been cast offs in both the world of the underworld and the mortal world. Beings that have long since thought to of been dead ages ago. One of the thought to be now dead races is Vamponies, but this is far from true. It was because such beings belonged nowhere, they built a place that they call home. This home was known as Darkside Manor. The manor still exists and is currently owned by the head mistress known simply as Karla. Not much is known about her nor her manor as it's mostly in lost lore. Karla herself is rather odd, she doesn't seem to age and has owned the manor for a good few thousand years. Could it be possible she is a vampony?

All are welcome to join. You can chose to be one of the residence of Darkside Manor or be one of the ponies that stumbles upon the manor.

The RP is open for Changelings. I'm really not too picky with those kinda things. The question now being which one you would want more. To be a traveler or one of the residence.

Just an OOC question before I post the first reply on the main thread: Where exactly is Darkside Manor? Should my pony be traveling through woods, or an abandoned road? Should the manor seem completely normal at first, or be highly suspicious and supernatural?

That is part of the fun. The reason the location is unmarked is so we can take a guess at it ourselves though I may end up subtly applying a location in the narration text, something to go off. As for the Manor itself, there are plenty of mysterious forces that flow through and around the home. Supernatural and otherswise.

Cool. I was planning for my character to show up at a mysterious castle, but I was holding back until you replied. Maybe she'll take a detour to another inn, realize no one's there, read some creepy books about ominous lore, and be on her oblivious but trepidatious way to a weird and creepy Manor. I'll let the other RPers take it from there, and maybe we'll run into each other before I unleash the suspense.
