I think Vlad can win. He's much stronger(assuming the elder vampire wasn't exagerrating, he can lift 7 tons) and his powers are far better in combat. Also, his will is much stronger. Maleficent was on the floor, unable to do anything from an iron net, Vlad fought Mehmet to a stand still in a room full of silver
