"Oh, thank you." *He said, thanking her for disposing of their glasses. He finished off his fudge in a pleased sigh.* "Oh, I will never get tired of Sugarcube Corner's treats. Baked by the best bakers in town, probably Equestria." *He said, chuckling to himself.* "Dang, Canterlot sounds a bit too stuck up for me. I'm glad you aren't one of them."

'' I'm a bit too.. um, we'll, shy, timid, and talentless to be stuck up, so I couldn't be like them if I wanted to", she was back to practically whispering at this point. "Forgive me for saying this but, you're taking everything pretty well, considering it happened so recently".

*He sighed, and lowered his head a little.* "I know, it's a little odd. But with my history, you wouldn't be surprised. I'm used to things going wrong with my life, so all... this. It's shaken me up, but I try and not to think about it too much. I'll still have the memories of her and treasure them, but like she said, I need to move on." *He said.*

"I wish I had the reserve you do, I can't get over it... She was too perfect for me to just forget. I know, I know... I sound like I was attr.. I sound wierd, I know", she said with her cheeks starting to burn at the wording she had chosen to use. "What I mean by her being perfect is.. you know AL her traits, but she never held a grudge over things I do that I guess I really shouldn't but I can't help it... You see, both her father and mine were royal guards that were killed by Aces High's father... I always held it against Aces High".

*His eyes went a little wider then normal, not knowing that Aces' father killed Storm's father. He shook his head and returned his focus to the matter on hoof.* "Hey, it's alright if you can't get over it, it's normal. I'm probably going to have it hanging over me for the longest time, but just think of it like this. She's in a better place, with her parents and happy now. As for the grudge, yeah things can't be forgotten, but they can be ignored. It happened a long time ago, and Aces had nothing to do with it, there's no point in holding it against him."

Well I can't exactly do anything about Cloakened Dagger now... Dusk Shade erased him after he atacked his brothers, so there's no point holding it against him... And grudges to me are like alcohol for Storm.... I cant get rid of them", she said simply with a small shrug.

*His left eye twitched and felt his body tense up at the sudden mention of the alcohol problem Storm had. He then closed his eyes and sighed and tried not to think about it anymore.* "Well I understand, but holding grudges are not the best thing to do. At least try and let go of them, for your well being."

She noticed that he had finished his fudge and shifted nervously. "You are of course right that grudges shouldn't be kept but I simply cannot help it", she said quietly. "Look, can we change the subject from grudges and alcohol and carry on our way please"?

"Thought you'd never ask." *He said in a joking tone, standing up and stretching out his wings.* "We have a ways to walk to get to Sweet Apple Acres so it'd be best to get there quickly." *He said, heading towards the door to wait for Silver to meet with him to head out.*

She stood up, fixed her mane and adjusted her saddlebags before heading to the door with Blue. "Sweet apple acres... Apple family, then", she asked quietly as they started walking on their way. "So is this what you do... Just walk around town showing new Ponies around, is that your life"?

*He chuckled a little and shook his head.* "No, I work at the local Game and Hobby Shop in town, but I took the week off, given the circumstances, my boss was ok with it. As for showing others around, that's usually Pinkie's job, but when I recognize someone new in town, and I know mostly everyone but, I take up the job and offer it to them. Just as a nice gesture."

Silver groan and facehoofed for effects. "I wasn't serious, you know... I didn't actually think that being a tour guide being tour life... Storm told me that you worked at Dungeon Master's game and hobby shop.... I was just trying to mess with you a little", she grumbled.

"Well apparently she forgot to tell you that no matter how the question is asked, sarcastic, rhetorical or redundant, I will answer it no matter what." *He replied with a small laugh, honestly not knowing she was trying to mess with him.* "Didn't know you were messing with me, whoops!"

She nodded and continued walking towards Sweet Apple Acres, following Blue of course. "Yeah, I suppose she did neglect to include that piece of information when she was going on and on and on about you... It eventually became painful to listen to and I zoned her out".

*He paused his walking for a second and turned to face her with a raised eyebrow.* "She was really going on and on about me?" *He asked, a little surprised she'd actually talked about him with her cousin. He turned back around and continued walking as they came upon the farm.* "That's weird, I would think she wouldn't do that kind of thing."

"Well, she talks about you and her ex Blaze Blitz a lot. Every so often she brings up Glitch Twitch and this asshole Flash Stream who happens to be Blaze's brother.... She may not seem like it but deep down, she is kind of obsessed with romance... Its why she always had wine in her house", she said quietly.

"Huh, she never struck me as the type of pony to be head over hoof for romance. Although that one dinner did reveal she could romance-" *He shook his head and walked into the gates of Sweet Apple Acres * "Sorry, heh, I'd rather not think about that right now. Anyways, welcome to the farm, best damn apples in Equestria! Any apple dish you want, you can get here!"

"Yeah, we'll, she can be pretty full of surprises as I'm sure you figured out being with her", she said as they entered the farm. She saw a tree that was just starting to sprout up and used her magic on it, causing it to double in size, width and height alike. "I think I'll be coming here a lot".

*His jaw dropped and eyes widened.* "Whoa, what?" *He stammered out of amazement.* "Well alright then, that was unexpected." *He said with a chuckle, continuing down the path.* "Don't know if Applejack would allow you to do that, but you could ask her if she needs help growing her trees." *He added with a shrug.*

"That one just needed a little push to get out of the ground is all, that's the only reason I did that, I promise", she said looking down wondering if she really shouldn't have done that. She just continued down the with her head down and her mouth shut, not wanting to do anything else she shouldn't.

*He noticed how she had her head hung, like she'd done something wrong.* "Oh, if that's why you did that, to give it a push in the right direction, then I'm sure Applejack wouldn't mind, she probably wouldn't have gotten the tree to grow herself." *He said with a light laugh, nervous that he may have upset her.*

She lifted her head just a little bit and nodded before dropping her head down low again. "Yeah, I know but.. I still shouldn't have done it anyways..I was ststupid", she muttered to herselfwhile they continued down the ppath. "Um... What are looking for here"?

"I know it was an attempt to be helpful but you are in seem she is would be upset by what I did, and I didn't make her upset, I wanted to help out a little. So, anyways, where to now that we've been walking get through Sweet Apple Acres for no reason for who knows how long"?
