I love showing new ponies around before Pinkie Pie gets to them." *He then stopped his excitement.* "Unless she already did, then bummer. But if not then great, let's go!" *He said, before happily trotting out of the castle.*

He looked at him quizzically. ", Um, okay then... She's the weird pink pony that Storm said chased her around Ponyville when she first cam to town, right.... Then, no, she hasn't gotten to me yet, whatever that means, since I haven't been chased around town so I guess I'm safe".

*He stopped in his tracks and turned around and chuckled.* "Oh, that. Pinkie Pie only chased her around town because she wanted to avoid her throwing a party for her. She likes to throw parties for all the new ponies that move into town, so if you don't want one, I suggest you tell me before things get crazy."

"Um.. Well, I'm not exactly a spotlight pony so I'm not sure a pony with me being stuck as the center of attention so yeah, I guess that's a no... I'm so sorry if that causes a problem", she said with her voices volume getting quieter and quieter as she spoke. "Can we get on our way"?

"Right, I'll tell her no and explain it to her, if she pops up anywhere unexpectedly. She tends to do that sometimes." *He said, looking around. He looked back at her and nodded.* "Yes, right. Or courses let's get going, we have a lot of ground to cover, even for a small town." *He said, heading towards the exit.*

She nodded a little and followed him to the exit. "So Storm was running away from a welcome to Ponyville party.... Her stage fright at its best, I suppose.. So I'm really not causing you any trouble by you showing me around then? Because if I am then I don't you to".

"Nope, not at all. I enjoy giving others a tour of Ponyville, I gave Storm one when I met her." *He said, stopping, then shaking his head and putting a smile back on his face. As they exited, he spotted a bouncing pink pony heading towards their direction.* "Excuse me a moment." *He said to Silver, and went up to talk to Pinkie, explaining the situation and she hopped off in the opposite direction.* "Alright, you're clear." *He said to Silver.*

She looked down when he brought his meeting Storm for the first time. "Wait... Storm let you give her a tour.... she let somepony she just met guide her around.... That's not at all like my cousin.... I'm honestly surprised that you weren't fried when you offered", she said numbly.

"Trust me, I was just as surprised as you are. She was a bit stubborn- ok, she was stubborn beyond comprehension, but still. She came around to me in time." *He said with a laugh, honestly wondering why she didn't just electrocute him immediately.* "Well, anyways let's get going."

She couldn't help but wonder what Storm Strafe had seen in this particular stallion that made her choose to nor electrocute him as soon as he tries to guide her around and give her directions, and especially when he asked her out, since Storm hadn't been into dating since the incident with Flash, just one night stands.

*As they walked, they eventually wound up in the middle of the town, where the market is always held.* "Alright, well here's the main part of Ponyville, the market. You can pretty much get anything you need or want here if you look hard enough. And over there." *He pointed to the building behind them.* "Is Sugar Cube Corner, the best sweets you could probably ask for are in there."

She looked around a bit, and decided she's have to come back and actually check out the shops later on when she went out to buy groceries. ''Sugarcube Corner' so what likes cakes, doughnuts and milkshakes, stiff like that", she asked hoping that was what it was.

"Yup, exactly. Cakes, cupcakes, muffins, milkshakes, pies, cookies, brownies, fudge, ice cream, pretty much any kind of dessert you can think of, they have it." *He said, listing off the names of random desserts.* (Fuck, now I want something sweet to eat. At 6 AM) "You want something from there? I'll pay for it, cause I kind of want something sweet right now."

"Um.. Sure, thanks, though I did just have something to eat at the cafe earlier but a nice milkshake or something couldn't hurt, so yeah, thank you", she replied simply. She walked in at sat at a booth in the corner waiting for him. (What time zone are you in because it's nine for me)?

*He went up to the counter where Mr. Cake was working, and ordered 2 milkshakes, one for himself the other for Silver, and a bar of fudge for himself, feeling his sweet tooth kick in. He paid for the sweets and grabbed the order in his wings and went over to Silver Belle waiting in the corner booth.*

Silver had taken her paperwork back out and was filling out a new sheet when he came back. She levitated the order off of his wings and onto the table. "Again... thanks for this", she said quietly before taking a sip from her milkshake.

(California isn't that exciting either. Well, more of my town, it's extremely small. Doesn't even have a GameStop )

 

"No problem, it's my pleasure." *He said with a genuine smile. He sat down and took a bite of his fudge and sipped his milkshake.* "So what got you into teaching?" *He asked, wondering really how anypony gets into teaching.*

She put her Quill down and looked at him while biting her lip, a nervous habit of hers. "Um, I've nearly thought about why I decided to become a teacher to be completely honest. I guess I just thought it would be a good way to help young Ponies find their potential.... and we'll, being a blank flank, it's just easier to be around kids, guess. It just makes it less weird", she mumbled.

*He turned his head to the side and sipped his milkshake, with a confused look.* "You haven't gotten your cutie mark yet?" *He asked, surprised she hasn't gotten her mark yet, and she was around his age.* "Wow, that's unique, usually ponies our age have theirs, you still have the time to enjoy finding your tablet." *He said with a smile.*

(By the way, just a fun factoid.... She never finds her special talent or earns her cutie mark).

 

"Um... I just never really tried to get it... Never really thought it was that important, but I just hide that I don't have it by wearing my saddlebags on my flank.... The fact that I told you was an accident".

"Huh, usually ponies get them completely by accident, not on purpose." *He said, his memories wandering off to the time he had helped three fillies try and find their talent in gaming, and turned into utter chaos and bickering over the games.* "Why would you hide the fact you don't ha e your cutie mark yet?"

'' Yeah, well by middle school... Everypony usually has theirs so my friends tried to get me to look for it,so I could stop hiding my flank from everypony but I didn't want to waste time looking for a talent I didn't have. And I still hide it because it's kind of Embarrassing to be honest", she said with a drink of her smoothie.

Silver took off her saddlebags and placed them on the table to fish out a bottle of what appeared to be ink that was eerily maroon. "Well, I'm used to the stuck up Ponies of Canterlot so I kind of didn't want to walk around with all of them knowing because it would only cause my more embarrassment.

"Well that makes sense. If I had to deal with the stuck up snobs of Canterlot, I'd probably be in the same position as you." *He said, finishing off his milkshake and focusing on his fudge.* "Though I've never really been to Canterlot for an extended period of time, is it true a lot of them are stuck up?"
