I hope the 'falling asleep and waking up' thing isn't a constant effect thing.... Because that sounds like it could put some serious strain on the mind. Falling asleep in one body, to wake up in another, and then the same thing again and again every time you try to sleep? It's like you never fall asleep in the first place, which would mean that your mind would never get the rest it needs....

The idea is that the person's physical body sleeps while it's awake in the other world. The only downside is they would have 12 hours of sleep if they do it every day. My excuse for if they don't travel between worlds for a while is their body is in stasis or something, yet for some reason they still conveniently age. Or whatever contrived half-baked fake science more ridiculous than cloning dinosaurs from blood from mosquitos preserved in tree sap.

Speaking of cloning dinosaurs... That reminds me of the most half-baked scientific way of thinking possible for bringing back a dinosaur.... The Dan vs. episode: Dan vs. The Dinosaur. The secret governmental agency created a Dinosaur with the help of the final (Apparently secret) ingredient.... Corn Starch. XD

Appearance: Average built man, black buzz cut hair with multiple battle scars on his face and body.

 

Personality: Very outgoing individual, puts himself before others, Believes in loyalty and honor more then anything else. 

 

He currently works as a military adviser to a small group of Freedom fighters helping them to overthrow a dictator who is oppressing them.

Currently at a military outpost giving a debrief to his commander on the situation.

Thanks! So, my character's pony self will just look like my current avatar,

 

 

so, besides that, his cutie mark is a very light blue (almost as light blue as rarity) 4 pointed star shining through a black cloud (his cutie mark pretty much changes between every different rp, because I haven't figured out what I want it to be yet.) and, if you need anything else besides how he looks and his cutie mark, you can just tell me.

 

His human self is in his early-mid teens, even though his pony self is around the same age as the mane 6, maybe about a year younger. He has the same brown hair and eyes as his pony self, but with sideburns (not ones actually growing from the side of his face, but ones that are a part of his hairline and go down to about the bottom of his ear), he's fairly tall for his age, and he usually wears collared shirts, usually a polo but sometimes a long sleeve one with buttons all the way down. he wears dark blue jeans, unless he's wearing a blue shirt, then he'll usually wear black jeans or maybe even black gym pants, even though he's not that athletic. he usually wears red high top converse, but has other colours/sizes as well. he also wears a watch with his cutie mark on it.

 

also, could I make my character start off in the human world not knowing about the dimension travel thing?

Alright, well, his favourite thing to do with friends is to make jokes and fool around, but he rarely has problems with being serious. He tends to forget things, and can be a bit absent minded. He references different shows movies and video games a lot, and although his opinions on things are usually not much more extreme than a "meh.", if you make fun of something he really cares about, he will stick up for it no matter what. He can be a bit clumsy at times and is slightly self critical, but he hardly acts sad around other people and will even pretend not to be in a bad mood so his friends don't worry about him.
