Midnight Shadow laughed "I was Luna's student until i got kicked out for shadow magic, Celestia didn't want me to accidentally turn her into Nightmare Moon" she remarked before glancing in the safe, "whats up with that?, why it empty?" she asked frowning before glaring at him "so where is all my money?" she asked getting annoyed.

 

Unknown to them both several Royal guards had dropped onto the roof "right we don't want her to run, also be careful she doesn't use any magic against us" the officer told them before issuing orders, they would be ready to strike in less then a minute.

He smirked at her question. "Long gone, since you decided that you're gonna take all my money every day, I sent it elsewhere. You're not gonna get another bot out of me sorry", he said and grabbed a bottle of cider from his fridge, drinking it with a triumphant look on his face. "No money here, you lose".

The Royal guards were in position and waited on the instruction of the Officer who was watching Blaze though the window waiting for the signal.

The royal guards broke into the room quickly surrounding Midnight, "ma'am if you can come with us, we want to ask you some questions" a private asked. Midnight Shadow hit him in the face with the plank of wood before getting pinned down, Finally she gave up struggling. The officer frowned "you're just making it worse, you're going to end up losing more then you're wings" he informed her, he toddled over to Blaze "good job"

Blaze just shrugged still pretty certain she was not serious about having magic. When the guards entered he just stood back and let them do their jobs. However when the officer said that the mare would lose more than her wings, he was a little confused as to what else she could lose but chose not to ask. He just gave the guard a small nod. The officer nodded "well we can either put her in jail, which caused her to escape on several occasions, or to put her on the no fly list permanently" he informed, "we recommend that we try the latter, however since you're the victim its you're call" he informed Blaze before licking his hoof.

 

Another of the royal guards carried over the sack of money and dumped it onto the floor next to Blaze "here is you're cash, please do the second treatment, this has happened to many times now" he remarked frowning  at the mare

Blaze looked at the guards and then at the mare who had tried to rob him. "Dammit. If I say jail, she'll just break out and do it again.... But, I cannot condemns Pegasus to the ground, no matter what they've done. Stuck on the ground, a Pegasus is hardly even a Pegasus.......", he said though he knew the no-fault list was the only way she was going to stop. He had tried time and time again to reason with her and she had only demanded more when he tried to be nice enough to make food free for her anytime. But her greed knew no bounds and it left only one option. The no-fly list but he couldn't bring himself to choose it. "Just put her in jail..... I cant be the one who traps a Pegasus on the ground".

Midnight Shadow flew back into the building during the night time and raided the fridge setting off the burglar alarm, then she raided the till and tried to crack the safe.

 

Then several royal guards burst in and frowned at her before snorting "this has gone far enough" the officer remarked. "pin her down we ground her, then she won't do it again" he remarked, when Midnight Shadow was restrained, he picked up a syringe and injected a strange liquid into her wings, then he gave her a sedative. The royal guards then flew off. "if she ever behaves then we can reverse it but if not, not a big loss" the officer remarked.

 

Luckily he left a large letter inside explaining it to the owner of the store

Blaze Blitz woke up a little later and saw the letter and the mare and sighed. "Ugh... What now..... Broke out..... Broke in one too many times...... Grounded...... But, she is still on a cloud.... Oh, crap. Don't tell this means I'm stuck with her in my house.....", he stopped to finish reading the letter. "Until she changes the course of her behavior. Oh, joy.... Guess that means I'm stuck with the psychothief in my house. Great", he said before sstepping over the mare to get started on his day leaving her upstairs.

Midnight Shadow returned to you're establishment and on my orders she will be grounded until a further time

 

If she becomes too much of a pain she will be relocated to a prison where she will be kept in confinement until the drug wears off, which varies from between 5 to 20 years, however she might be able  to be allowed to fly from improving her behavior.

 

Also i hope to see you later today for a coffee

Midnight Shadow woke up on a bed and frowned "eugh my head" she grumbled before looking outside, she smirked "oh yeah still not in jail" she remarked going downstairs, she made it downstairs stumbling into several things as she went by, and headed towards the door she groaned as it was locked and hit it trying to open it.

 

"come on" she growled.

"OK... So if she can't fly, them she can't steal any money since she can't leave ther building. Since she can't rob me, this is fine", he said to himself as he started setting up everything for breakfast. "Hey jailbreak, come sit at the table if you want to eat breakfast. You sort of are stuck here for a while so I'll feed you, I'm not some psycho who breaks into ponies' homes and gets themselves grouned", he said and put out two plates of food and glass of orange juice.

"OK... So if she can't fly, them she can't steal any money since she can't leave ther building. Midnight Shadow glanced at him and laughed, "I'm not you're prisoner, I go where i want" she finished before kicking the door open, she turned around and smirked "see ya later" she smirked before stepping of the cloud and realised she couldn't fly

 

"ahhh" she screamed as she fell several meters and smashed into a cloud before groaning "ouch" she complained

He leisurely walked over to the open and looked down at her. "Well, of course you leave, no skin off my back.... But it'll be a whole lot of skin off of yours. Go ahead, jump. I dont mind, saves me a lot of hassle. However, if you aren't gonna jump, then you're either stuck on that cloud without any basic nessecities or in my house with food, drink, and a warm bed. The choice is yours but I'm locking this door in two minutes so you better chose quickly. Tick-tock ", he said hovering in the air out of spite for wrecking his house since she now could not hover or fly.

But you're going to be sleeping on the floor since i have you're bed now" she added being a pain

She then walked upstairs to his bed where she lay down on it

And you think you could treat me a little nicer since I'm letting you go have food and a place to sleep since you can't fly because you tried to rob me. You can sleep Inn my bed during the day, but at night you are in the couch", he said and rubbed his wing where she but him before heading downstairs to let his employees in and make sure everything was set up.

Midnight Shadow woke up abit later getting rather hungry, she went downstairs leaving his bed all messy and found the plate of food, she started to eat it before a mare pointed at her and shouted "hey i know you, you tried to rob this place several times, why you not in jail?" she asked before tapping her hoof on the counter "Blaze, the thief is back and shes eating you're food, you want me to get the royal guards again?" she asked the manager. Midnight Shadow narrowed her eyes at the mare and walked over to her "You see i was in jail but i escaped" she laughed, the mare quickly snorted and left saying something about getting the royal guards. 

 

Midnight Shadow then sat down at the mare's table and ate her food giving a smug look at Blaze, She was going to have alot of fun with him, "barkeep, another scotch and make it a double" she added in a posh tone, tapping her hoof onto the table several times. Most of the customers tutted and returned to their meal. One old stallion walked over to Blaze "can't you keep you're marefriend under control or send her home, shes obviously had too much to drink" he asked with an annoyed expression on his face.

She was going to make his job very difficult today. She gave Blaze another ear lick "also i don't think calling the royal guards, 'royal gourds' is a good thing, they might get upset being classified as a fruit." she finished. Then she went into the kitchen as the customers started to order their 'free' drinks.

Blaze jumped when she licked his ear. "Whoa, whoa, whoa. You can hate me for this but she cannot give out complimentary drinks. She does not work here. However, I will still give the complimentary drinks as an apology for having to put with her and for me snapping but really. I would never date somepony so.. Oh, wait. Yeah, I have, we'll, either just try to enjoy your food and understand the stress I'm under. I havnt even had this place open a week, and she trashed, stole from me and us living here", he said rubbing his temples. He eventually went upstairs and went to get some sleep to take his mind off of his current predicament.
