How long does it take for a chicken to develop a nervous system inside the egg

Fertilized egg. Just wondering how long it takes before a chicken can feel stuff, when living inside that egg.You know, developing nervous system etc.

 

Here its up to two months abortion limit on babies due to nervous system.

So was just wondering at what time a chicken gets a nervous system inside the egg?
