Should Sunset Shimmer have kept her ability to turn into a she-demon?

I Agree with you but i don't know what she'll do when she turns back into that crazy she-demon it depends on whenever she would help the dazzling's take over equestria or defeat them but I think she should it might help her in the near future!

Wasn't that demon form technically the magic that was forcing her to do those things? So wouldn't keeping it mean she would be evil still?

I agree w FirstPonySpectre.  The demon form was outside magic bringing out the evil in her.  It was like Night Mare Moon to Princess Luna.  Besides, even if she turned into a demon what makes you think the demon would have been immune to the Dazzlings' magic?

Sunset can't become the she-demon because her power came from twilght's crown witch is still in equestria. It sounded like many said that the she-demon was a possetion of sorts, but it was her greed of power that drove her to the exterms of her geting her way. In the comics sunset had a bad mentality to get stronger by any means posable. She stole the crown for power, ganged against Twi and used it on the main 6 and the students at CHS. Even if magic was infuenceing her what would it be?

That wouldn't have been possible given the development of the show but even if it had it would not have been for the best.

 

Sunset Shimmer's demon form was defeated by the magical power of friendship and it was by that same power that she helped the mane six defeat the dazzlings.
