serious question

let's just say i'm writing something, and the character is in ponyville and is a brony who was turned pony.

now I've seen this question a lot around the forum but I've never really seen it answered seriously.

you're not just going to be able to walk up to your waifu and cuddle.

you would need a plan, there would be things that you would need to do.

one thing that comes to mind would be a place to live, but since I got that covered already, I am facing the problem of what to do next.

so what would you do? would you try to get a job so that you didn't have to worry about bits?

something else?

I've already toyed around with a few idea that involve background ponies, and then this one where my mc follows Big mac around and tries to get him to say something other than eyup. but I might save that one for a while.

getting back to the point, what would you do?
please nothing that would get you seen as a creeper or possibly get you a restraining order.

and no special treatment, you're unicorn noob and can hardly use levitation magic, and nopony knows you.

well in this scenario at least.

well if i were in a new place and had just been turned into a pony then i would try talking to 

other ponies and find out as much as i could about poniville 

 

Then i would try to make a really good friend so that if i had any questions that were sort of embarising or weird

i could ask my friend

 

then i would try to get a job and then since i'm new i would imagine my friend would let me stay with him/her until i found a place to live

 

So thats what i would do, i hope i helped

To be honest, I would probably go hide in the Everfree Forest and try to survive until I screwed up the courage to approach another pony. Maybe I would die out there.

In all seriousness I would, make my special talent useful in some way to make money. That is if I already had a place to live. Hope that helps.

The obvious first step would be to track down Pinkie Pie.

 

Not only is it almost guaranteed that she would be your friend, it's also likely that she would somehow know that you're a human that became a pony.

How would she know? Because she's Pinkie Pie.

Well, here's another question. do you have something in common with your waifu? If you do have similar interests, build on that.

 

You'd think that Cheerilee and Twilight would be somewhat closer, One being a teacher, the other a knowledge sponge... 

 

I'd be more inclined to hang around A.J. I enjoy hard work and being outdoors. But I'm as shy as Flutters... *meep*
