Trust and readiness to help in a tough spot. All my friends have these attributes and so am i.

Honestly, I've become friends with even the rudest of people. (I don't know why they like me.) They might be a little rude to others, but they're really nice to me. Of course, I try to encourage them to apologize if they were mean to someone. Either way, just being kind is enough for me!

Hard to say, I just should feel right. I had a checklist for girlfriend in the past but trashed it away when met my last one. She didn't fit to any of point of it but we are happily together many years 

The second condition is they should feel comfortable with me.

Then it may grow up into some good bond.
