Well I'm a 40yr. old male who never thought I would like a show made for little girls much less ponys and unicorns,but as fate would have it that changed.I was at a friends and his daughter had the dvds, as we sat around and chat she put them on.At first i thought what is this, cause I remember the show from the 80's my little sister watched it and had the toy.Anyhoof as I sat there she put on s1 e1&2, well i watched them both then went home and looked on netflix and bam it was there, so I watched just one more and could'nt stop. The show is so positive and has high morels, and each ponys personality just stands out, plus it makes me fill really good to watch each show.It has taught me a few things I must say.Now I buy shirts and toys you name it.This show is AWESOME, yeah I get picked at or called gay and what not but I care not what people think of me or my likes.I am who I am, and like what I like. ((I never know what to say to new people that have been watching the show more than i have, because i feel like they're more experienced and should be calling me new. )) anyways, welcome to the forum! one of the first things you'll want to do here is become a muffin! not only do muffins taste good, but they also have the ability to post in roleplays and generally do more than blank flanks. you become a muffin ((as you probably already know)) is to make five posts, any you make here wont count, so i suggest going to the episode specific forums and dicussing your favourite episodes, or maybe make a new topic if you have an idea for one. also, you don't need to worry about being made fun of here! i mean obviously first off we all watch the show, so you wont be bullied for that, and second off, this community is super nice! i mean, i know that people who watch the show usually are nice and kind and yay friendship is magic and all that, but most brony places will still have people who aren't like that at all ((go to youtube, for example)) in fact, just up to a few days ago, i was still getting people welcoming me to the forums!
