Sandual kept walking in the woods with the basket in his hand. He looked around to find more berries like it. Eventually, he found a bush of red berries. He put them in the basket anyway and continued back. "Wonder what kind these are..." he said to himself.

Freckle easily Saw the Ice punch coming and tried to evade, but yet again messed up and received an icy fist right into the forehead. He toppled backwards, slightly dazed.

how can she have such good attacks? Does she learn them naturally? But she said she was trying to evolve!

Freckle got back up after a few seconds, and went in for another pound with as much force as he could muster. This time however, he pulled back quickly, and took a defensive stance. Her next attack wouldn't hit, he'd make sure of that.

Sandual arrived back at the spot with the others. "I'm back!" he announced, "I have some new berries, no clue what they are." He took the berry out. It was red and was on a small vine. "Wonder what it tastes like..." he said. He ate the berry entirely, it wasn't quite large anyways. He chews the berry for a moment. "HAH!!! OWWW!! HOOOOT!" he screamed intesely, he dropped  the basket and ran around like an idiot. He dug a hole quickly and hid in the ground, and muffled groans can be heard from the mound.

Pandora went to eat the berries and smiled. "I love spicy food" She said happily chewing on the berry. "I don't see why you would think this is spicy it's not that hot" Pandora said as she ate another berry. "If does anyone else like spicy berries...if not is it okay if I just eat them then?"

Sylva was about to eat them when that happened and she puts it back. "I love sweet ones. Spicy ones hurt me to much. I think i will pass."

 

Sylva gets up and stretches. She goea out to find more pokemon to train against. "Be back later. Am going to train. We need to get stronger."

 

Shortly after she left she came across a houndur. The houndur tries to bite her. It wasn't very effective. Sylva uses Disarming Voice. It is super effective. The houndur tries a take down. Sylva dodges it. She uses tackle on the houndur and it is super effective. Houndur defeated.

 

Sylva gains a level.

 

Sylva's level is now 5.

Hp: 26

Atk: 13

Def: 13

Sp atk: 17

Sp def: 19

Speed: 12

 

Sylva is trying to learn sand attack.

Sylva forgets tail whip...

And learns...

"Hey look at that, you're getting smarter." Twi said. She knew she couldn't fight much more, so she chose to back off and defend herself rather than try to go in for another attack. I'm losing it... I was never this bad in battle before. What happened to me? She wondered.

All Freckle needed was an opening, one small little slip and he could win this! He was sure of it! He circled around, making sure to keep full attention on his opponent. But behind her, just near the tree was some purple thing.  It looked like a Rattata. It looked as if it was going for the last berry.

"Hey," he said, pointing toward the Rattata by the tree, "isn't that a Rattata?"

A bit later, Sandual crawls out of the hole with his tongue sticking out. "Alright, feeling better." He said, almost inaudibly. "I'm bored, who wants to fight?" He says, slightly unenthusiastically. He waits anticipantly for a response, as he begins to stretch his arms and legs.

Sylva had just returned. She is covered in dust and sand. On her right front leg looks to a bite mark of a dog like pomemon. She looks yo sandual and says, "Sorry, just fought a houndur and won. It didn't come without its returns." Sylva chuckles in a hurt manor.

"So...is that a yes or no?" Sandual said jokingly, with a smug grin on his face. He headed over to his basket and ate one of his sweet berries. "Also, do you know what kind of berry this is?" Sandual held out a yellowish berry with a curved end. "It's pretty good, nice and sweet."

[Storm Shine 1,196]

Storm the Riolu was walking through the forest when he heard the telltale signs of a group of pokemon. He got a big grin because groups of pokemon means friendly pokemon, right? He jumped into the treetops to check it out.

 

Storm observed the pokemon from a nearby branch. "Wow, a whole bunch of different pokemon!" He thought, "A Totodile, a Sandshrew, a... What is that? Oh! It must be that new 'eevee-lution' that those people in the white coats were talking about, what was it called.... Silver? Salvon? Hmm... Oh, right! Sylveon!" He thought, nodding triumphantly at remembering it. "Anyways, there's also a Froakie... and an Absol! I've never seen one of those around here before... oh well, a lot of different pokemon..." Storm got a little closer to the Sylveon, hoping that they were friendly.

"Wait? A sweet berry... Mmmmm..." He decided to change targets to Sandshrew instead, if he's lucky he could even get a berry and a hug! Storm crept closer to the Sandshrew before using his tail as an anchor and hanging down from a particularly low branch, tapping the unsuspecting Sandshrew's shoulder. "Hiya!"

Pandora looked around after hearing something. "Is it me or am I hearing things..." She said looking around. "Guess I was hearing things...thought for sure I heard someone. "You g-" Pandora went silent as she saw the Riolu hanging in the tree. "We have company everyone"

"Ooo~" Storm said, "You're an Absol! That's so cool!" He exclaimed, flipping out of the tree and onto the ground. "Wow, and you look really fluffy too!" Storm continued, taking a bite out of a Nanab berry that he had snagged on the way. "It makes me wanna hug you!" He continued, finishing off the berry. "Oh, wait.. Sorry I never even introduced myself! I'm Storm, nice to meet you all! Also... Can I hug you? Like I said, you look very fluffy..." Storm introduced, before directing the last question towards the Absol.

Sandual was startled by the tap. "Whuh! Spearow?!" He turned around to see the Riolu. "Oh...hey..." he said awkwardly "Uhh, what's you name?" He asked, nervously. He looked at the Riolu, confusedly. Not really sure what to do here... he thought. He kicked the dirt up lightly, waiting for the answer.

Abosl smiled. "Sure you can hug me" Pandora said. "My name is Pandora it's nice to meet you Storm" Pandora said. "I really didn't expect to seem all that fluffy....AM I fluffy" Pandora thought to her self as she smiled again. "I can't be all that fluffy...am I?" She asked herself again

"YAYS!" Storm exclaimed, jumping and giving Pandora a hug before letting go and running over to the Sandshrew. "Hiya Sandshrew, I'm Storm!" He informed the ground-type pokemon before picking it up into a big hug. "Sorry, I just really love hugs!" Storm apologized, setting the Sandshrew down. "Though I have a slight tendency to call them 'Huggles'..." He admitted.

"Augh..." Sandual said in a muffled voice when picked up. After he was set down, he smiled awkwardly. "Hey Storm...uhhh 'Name's Sandual." He felt no need for a handshake, it clearly wasn't necessary. "Pretty outgoing that guy..." he said quietly. "Wait, huggles?" Sandual smiled and chuckled. He found this slang to be quote amusing.

"Huggles..." Pandora said smiling. "That sounds like a cut name to call a hug" Pandora said. "Anyways that's Slyveon and...our friend Twi up and left because I feel as though she think we were holding her back" Pandora said. "That's about it really...where are you from exactly" Pandora asked the Riolu

Storm quickly jumped over towards the Sylveon and gave the third hug of the day, "Yays for huggles!" He exclaimed happily. Then he heard the question, "Uh..." Storm took a thinking pose, "I dunno... I hatched in the wild, walked around a lot, ran from some trainers, got into a few fights... But I have no idea where I was originally from. My parents must've been pretty cool though!" He chuckled, "I've got a few moves that, oddly enough I knew how to use shortly after I hatched.... But I spend most of my free time experimenting with new ways to use what I already know..."

Storm jumped up, landing on his feet happily, "Here's an example, watch this!" He exclaimed before seeming to blur slightly and disappear. "Cool right!?" Storm asked from the branch he was now standing on. "I found out that Quick Attack can be used for more than just attack!" He said with a smile, jumping back down to ground level. "It was really hard not to crash into anything though... You would not believe how much mastering that little trick hurt...."

Twi noticed the Ratata and chased after it. "Get away from my berry tree you squeaking bastard!" She yelled, effectively scaring it off before it took the berry. She didn't care much about her word choice, doing whatever it took to scare away the ratata.

Sylva says, "I never really knew my parents. But I do know one was a fairy type. That is how i learned to use Disarming Voice. My name is Sylva. It is nice to meet you. It will take a bit but I just learned sand attack. Though I had to forget tail whip to do so." Sylva steps up and with her feelers she hugs Storm.

"I wonder if we can combine our attacks to make an attack" Pandora said. "Like I use razor wind and you use sand attack we can make a little dust storm to damage an opponent" Pandora said. "I't is just a thought but it could work...what do you guys think" She asked

"I don't really know all that much..." Sandual said, "I never really had the experience to learn new attacks... all I can do is kick sand, curl into a ball and run into somebody." Sandual looked at the Riolu. "Speaking of which, how good are you in battles?" he said, hoping to finally get a battle out of something.

Storm got excited about the combo attack, "Oo~ And maybe I could add a Vacuum Wave to that!" He exclaimed happily, "But it sounds like it would be pretty dangerous already.... A bunch of sand sent at the opponent with razor sharp winds? Owch!" Storm chuckled. "Hmm? Oh, well... Not to brag but I am a fighting type.." He told Sandual after hearing the question. "I've got a fairly good move-set and I like to fight. Although I do like huggles just a bit more...." Storm smiled, "Almost makes me wish I had gotten a trainer.... Almost." He said with a laugh, "Why, did you want a spar?" Storm asked curiously.

"Yes, in fact, I do want to spar." Sandual replied, losing a bit of confidence after hearing that he's a fighting type. "So, is that okay? I've never eally sparred before, just fought hostile ambushers" he said, as he waited patiently for a reply. Wonder if I even have a chance... he though to himself.

Storm smiled, "Sounds fun!" He exclaimed. "When do you wanna spar? Where? Here and now?" Storm asked curiously, jumping over to land next to Sandual. "It's been a while since..... Actually, scratch that. I've never had a friendly spar before, this is gonna be great! I've had plenty of battles, but never a friendly spar!" He said happily.
