I feel like people are forgetting that Pinkie can break the forth wall, which would give her a huge advantage. Also, I honestly feel Fluttershy is dangerous when angry, even her flying becomes really good.

She doesn't really "break the fourth wall" that much. The only time I can recall where the fourth wall was clearly broken (which is the ending of "Magic Duel"), Twilight was also breaking the fourth wall just as much as Pinkie, so it isn't something that's specific to her.

 

Usually, she just makes comments and acts in ways that suggest medium awareness, for comedic purposes, which wouldn't be of much help in a fight. It's mostly fanart that depicts her as an omnipotent reality warper who directly communicates with the audience while ignoring the laws of physics.

What you say is true but there have been a few cases of her breaking the forth wall, but most are minor and made for comedic reasons like you said. However, one does stand out a lot and that is when RD is trying to run away from her but somehow Pinkie always beats her and even seemed to know where RD was going.

 

If we take things from a serious point of view then (and I hate that this is the case) RD would win because of the speed in which she can move at.

RD and AJ are both King Kongs. RD has a few monstrous advantages over AJ.

The main issue in this fight is that most of the Mane Six are never fully realized. In other words, not aware of their powers, Pinkie can't control her fourth wall abilities, and Fluttershy can't tap into... whatever she taps into when she gets angry.

Having said that, @, starting distance(how far they start away from each other), location, and the maximum limits of said location(How far can they go from start?) are pretty much essential to determine who'd win. You may also want to note whether they're in-character(that is, willing to kill each other), and whether outside (non-pony) help is allowed, because suddenly... Fluttershy at least gets a lot more dangerous.

...It would be better to just answer the question in my previous post, instead of adding stipulations where they're unnecessary. I can give a coherent answer, but by removing magic entirely, you're unfairly shifting the fight too heavily to one side.

Also, I hate to play semantics, but Earth pony magic is their strength, pegasi their flight. Removing it would obviously make this a really dull and pointless fight.

Although diamond butt wins in that case, so this has it's upisdes.

Too be fair, none of the Mane Six are anything to sneeze at, which is why I wish  would make this battle more concise. I'd love to delve into specifics, such as what would happen should Fluttershy make it to the everfree forest and start calling in favors. Like from a certain manticore?

What you said has been proven by the show as well; since she made Rarity and Pinkie run away crying really easily and in that episode she showed the strength and influence she can have on everypony else if they ever annoyed her.

Which is funny, considering that magic is what makes this fight balanced, not broken. I'm assuming you banned it because you though Twilight would ROFLstomp, but she's actually very unlikely to be the winner, all things considered.

If Flutters went crazy, maybe she could beat both AJ and RD. However there's still Pinkie and her unknowns. I believe both Twilight and Rarity would leave their respective fights. RD and AJ would be some hardcore shit, lel.
