Dubbed. I think Malie Flannagen does a great job as Naruto, Dave Wittenburg is excellent as Kakashi, as well as other great voice actors. Plus I assume English is native your native language, so I would go with that.

1: Most of the stuff is in a fictional world where its main theme is Japan. Although Ninjas are supposed to be like Assassins, so its not 100% realistic. But basically (Shurikens, Kunai and ramen) So its more realistic to watch it in Japanese in terms of geographical area.

2: The dub sounds awful.

3: Stop when Shippuden comes forth, it doesn't get better. Although you might be exited if you watch the whole Naruto series though.
