Poor Claudio had all of the tools, heck even more tools than WWE's Main Event stars and he was still relegated to the middle of the card. 

He could've been a great WWE Champion and Brand Ambassador just by being multi-lingual alone.

Dude speaks six languages, is freakishly strong and is ring savvy. You couldn't buy that combination of talent and it sounds like WWE didn't even try to. I had no idea he was under an extension and not a new 5 year deal.

I read something that said Claudio doesn't have a non-compete clause (I don't know how true that is.) so he could show up on AEW next

week if he wanted to.

Yeah he wasn't future endeavored. Like Danielson & Cole, he opted not to resign. He could show up in AEW next week. But he's got WWE money stashed away. I think he'll bide his time and wait for the highest bidders to come knocking. Whether that be debuting for Impact at Slamiversary, waiting until the ROH relaunch to reform KOW with Hero, announcing himself for the G1 or popping up as the joker in the Casino Battle Royal.

Even with all of that, Vince McMahon didn't think Claudio could get over with the crowd. He's tall and strong, I thought Vince loved tall and strong.

The voice overs in SD vs. Raw's story mode sounded like they were recorded in one take. 

The one plus side to 2K's showcase mode is that they use pre-recorded audio so it sounds more natural, besides the commentary that is.

Yeah it has not aged well. I have to watch the cut scenes with subs just to make them look less awkward. 

But damn, does this game have an amazing create a move set. There are moves in here I haven't even seen in RL wrestling.

They took out SO MANY moves from the original SmackDown vs. Raw game that were in the SmackDown games that came before it.

I can't find a Youtube video or anything  but I'm pretty sure from my memories of playing the original SmackDown vs. Raw that quite a few moves

were missing from tthat game that were available in Here Comes the Pain.

Probably. I wish I could be more helpful but I haven't played HCTP in years so my mind is a bit foggy on which moves were excluded from SVR.
