Megachangeling12 109 March 7, 2015 Share March 7, 2015 Yeah, but that doesn't mean they shouldn't get a beating. while this is true they serve a purpose . An annoying one but a purpose nine the less . this power is mine! It is my light. In brightest day or blackest night! I lay claim to all that falls with my sight!! To take what I want that is my right!Fear the power of avarice. It consumes all who dare touch it.
KatonRyu 1,033 March 11, 2015 Share March 11, 2015 I wouldn't bother them, because the characters dealing with their bullying are perfectly capable of dealing with their problems themselves. They don't need my help to do it, and honestly I don't think I'd be making things better by stepping into a conflict I'm no part of.
Steel Accord 6,660 March 11, 2015 Share March 11, 2015 (edited) Yes I would. Gilda and the jocks I would have no reservations about serving them up a beatdown. Assuming my pony counterpart knows the same martial arts that I do, it would be a fair fight. Suri, Diamond Tiara, and Silver Spoon less so. I still have half a mind to deliver vengeance upon them, but they are a fashion designer and a couple kids respectively. Who's the bully then? Maybe a biting lecture as to how their respective world views will leave them with nothing in the long run while the ponies they beat down today will end up surpassing them. That might seem a tad incongruous but I'm of the school of thought that fighting isn't inherently wrong. Is it unfair if a man who beats his wife gets his nose broken (and worse) by her brother? However, if a bully has never laid a hand upon their victim, is it fair to return their mere words with the force of a blow? Debatable for sure, hence why both are worded as questions. I don't know the answer. it takes all kinds of people (or ponies in this case) to make a world. If there were no bullies in Equestria, the show would be a lot less interesting. Even the bullies have their place. Are you seriously advocating for bullies? If I were Bic Mac, I'd find those two at their school and threaten to beat the living shit out of them. I would relish a scene of Big Macintosh delivering whispered threats! His deep voice and terse nature make it all the more potent. That's funny considering how dependent her father's business is on SAA products. If she tried getting the Apples sued, Filthy Rich would disown her. Lol. @@Megachangeling12, Yeah, that's my point when it comes to DT and Suri. Being a monster in the business world is a short term gain, long term loss. If people know you are an exploitive and untrustworthy wench, who the Hell is going to do business with you? Diamond Tiara lacks the acumen and charm that Filthy Rich has, and his forcing of Diamond Tiara to participate with an activity she scorned as well as his close relationship with the Apple family clearly shows he is not without a moral compass. In some ways, I feel sorry for him if Diamond Tiara is the heiress to his business. Hope he's got a good number two. (Hell, wouldn't it be awesome if in his will it reveled he left his business to the Apple Family! . . . . . . . . . . It's mine! And words can hurt a lot more than a punch. That's how some victims of bullying are driven to suicide. I'd hate to see that happen to the CMC. Again, "worded them as questions" I didn't mean specifically a broken nose but any kind of physical recompense. Yes words can leave lasting scars. Would you beat a child if they were behaving badly? Whether they were your own or not? MindaFan 32 March 16, 2015 Share March 16, 2015 I would look them right in the eye and tell them exactly what I think of them especially that Gilda bucked ( no pony talks to fluttershy like that) and when they insult me I say " you are what you eat you D@CK"
