It is pretty simple,in fact: You can request 1 favor to Koukatsu of any kind (as long as it meet the rules of MLPForums) He'll put the price. The bigger the favor,the bigger the price. Don't try to fool the Kou,or else he'll go wild. Nobody wants him to go wild,trust me :U Only 1 favor per user,please. Maybe you can get an extra one if you find the right exchange with him... :U In case of Kou not doing the requested task,or something goes wrong,Blame Simon So,that's it!
