Graphical Glitches: Computer or the website?

I logged on earlier today and decided to see the forums. Some of the text was meshed together, but I figured that the website could still be loading. I then decided to see my profile and both the main page and the background looked like they had the gamma and contrast turned to the highest setting. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this on the website or if it is just a problem with my computer. Could someone let me know?

I've seen this before. It's an loading error that happens with a page from time to time. Such phenomena tends to happen especially after a your internet goes out for a moment or hiccups. It's not anything to worry about per say, but if it persists I'd recommend either restarting your web browser or the computer.
