technical issue April Fools Site Format Not Loading After Login

So this may be me, or it may be something to do with html (if that's what this site is based on), or it might be intentional, but the banner, font, and most page elements aren't loading properly. When I log in, the banner reverts to the Sunset Shimmer one by FadedSkies and the text returns to normal, but the post badges are still ridiculous (ly funny). Is this normal, and can it be fixed?

Just go down to "Change theme" at the bottom of the page.
