While that procedure would definitely work, it would have the same drawback as any gadget with a reload time. You'd have to take a turn to do it, and be vulnerable to being interrupted. Unlike this, the suit weapons are entirely powered by her. The Horn Enhancer Module (Notice the horn on the helmet which is obviously not her true horn) lowers her mana usage to extremely low levels, making the suit very energy efficient for prolonged fights with particularly annoying opponents.

 

Magic would definitely be more canon accurate, but you're right. Not being a Uni means the gadget would not be able to be used more than twice, if that.

True, but firing a rocket launcher at someone would definitely be an advantage. Even better, I could customize the rockets like I did Wilhelm's arrows; different variations and types. I wonder what kind of damage a rocket that has a hole drilled into the nose to create a sonic shockwave could cause? The shockwave itself would do as much as damage as a bullet.

By the way, would Lektra's suit be vulnerable to an electrostatic weapon or a HERF gun? I doubt Lektra thought forward enough to put a Faraday weave into her armor, nor would such a thing be practical.

You need to explain how the rockets work in a close to canon setting, and again that would be too advanced for a non-magic pony. Most of his gadgets are already too advanced.

 

But you're kidding right? Electrostatic? That's electric by definition, and would be absorbed. The armor is entirely modular and an be reconfigured to my imagination. No idea what a HERF gun is, but you're thinking technology when that's not what it is. The rules of tech don't apply.

You're correct; I was thinking in terms of overloading circuits and burning out electronics. ...damn, I really do need sleep. I'm starting to confuse science with pone.

Battles can be triple? My oc has a rare love for other ponies/creatures feathers and your oc has a lot of them... Garra/Mot was heading to hospital by no reason actually because they just got bitten by a pony Garra thinks its sick but if they see you in the sky they could totally follow your direction

You can make an action, but the other person has to decide how that action is received. For instance

"I swung my arms like a club in order to knock him out" is fine

"I swung my arms like a club, knocking him out" is godmodding
