request Convert a 3d model to SFM format

Could someone with more technical skill in regards to Source Filmmaker convert a 3d model I have made from Blender into the .mdl file format that works in SFM?

 

I'm not asking for a new model to be made, as I have already made the model and everything. I just need someone to convert it to the correct format for SFM. 

 

I have tried to do it myself but I can't get it to work, and I have tried everything. I'm sure I could get it to work eventually, but I know there are people who can do it faster than I can.
