TheMarkz0ne 962 May 18, 2015 Share May 18, 2015 I got issue #16 sub variant today. I stopped collecting and reading at #7. Not a bad series, just isn't focused like the main series. Might get back into FF.
Jeric 46,880 May 18, 2015 Share May 18, 2015 I honestly prefer FF to the main series. Not only do you get some unique dynamics, but I feel it is also a bit closer to the atmosphere of the show.
Megas 28,081 May 18, 2015 Share May 18, 2015 (edited) For the most part they've been consistently good, aside from couple of duds(in fact, I'd say FF#1 was probably the only dud) Edited May 18, 2015 by Megas75
Ashen Pathfinder 16,164 May 18, 2015 Share May 18, 2015 Overall the quality and SoL style of writing has been generally consistent and reminiscent of the SoL episode from the show. Personally FF#1 is pure crap and FF#15 isn't much better, but aside from that I recommend the series; especially the Trixie/Rainbow Dash and Rarity/Babs Seed issues. <3 Pathfinder I Sojourner I Corsair | Zu'hra I Autumn | Scarlet Willow | Gypsy | Silverthorn | Crystal Whisper | Radiant Historia | And many other OCs~ Matching signatures with mah Bestie MOONLIGHT <
FlutterDash4072 190 May 20, 2015 Share May 20, 2015 Lately the writing quality in FF has been better overall than the main series. The art quality is mostly good, with Fosgitt being the only love him/hate him artist, and he's also done a comic in the main series. Just skip FF1 for sure, it's pure garbage. 1 Signature made by Wheatley
GuillermoGage 246 June 7, 2015 Share June 7, 2015 I've read the first 12 Friends Forever comics. The writing quality and art quality is all over the place, with none of them being on par with what the best of the main series or the ten-issue Micro-Series.
