technical issue Mobile/Desktop Setting Saved to account?

One minor problem I'm having is when i swap between my phone and desktop, it's using the theme I set on the other device. For example, if i want to use the mobile theme on my phone, the next time I use the site from a desktop computer, it's set to the mobile theme. Is there any way we can return it so the theme is set by device, rather than account?
