planning Equestria: 28 Days Later Reboot

Is anypony willing to help me knock together a reboot of my old 28 Days Later RP? The story is basically the same as the movie, but it's set in Equestria. There aren't any guns, just the Royal Guard's weapons and anything survivors can get their hooves on.The infection works as it does in the movie: once the blood gets into a character's or NPC's bloodstream, they turn. The players still control their characters if they want to, but infected NPCs are controlled by me. Can somepony help me please? It would be much appreciated.
