Who is Flower Wishes?

I keep seeing a brushable figure of a pony called Flower Wishes. Does anypony know if she is a character from the show or a character made up for the toy lineup? I thought she was one of the three "fainting ponies" but I think their names are Roseluck, Lily Valley, and Daisy. I was just curious if anyone knows who Flower Wishes is.

Lily and Flower Wishes are the same. With the latter being a merchandise name. I even mentioned that in one of my recent stories.
