Help me please! GIF problem!

So this GIF I made doesn't go with the correct timing I put to it. Anyways, can somepony PLEASE fix it? I need it to be about 10ms. I would appreciate it! Also, know why the timing isn't working?

Sorry! Well for me I put 10ms for most frames, and it plays just fine in GIMP. But when I put it on photobucket or deviant art it plays slower.

On Photoshop I set it to the maximum fps it would allow, if you want it to go faster I would suggest deleting every other frame.

Hmm ok I'll try, but it plays fine in GIMP
