After adjusting his legs, Shadow set the screwdriver down and started to opened and closed his claws. He looked the inventor, who was moving his wing around, and said,

 

"So what do you think about them. having scales was better than this. at least with scales, they don't need to be adjusted."

"Hmm, so what are we dealing with this go around?" Thought the tall, princess sized kitsune as she prowled the halls of her hideout. "The assortment of personalities in this bunch fit the screenplay of an action heist so well it's not even funny. You better not have lost your touch moonbutt. If this falls to tartarus, it'll be all on you. I'll wash my paws of this faster than you can say "tantibus" She thought, as she blew a cluster of her logn reddish brown bangs to the side. 

 

Anypony with a door open could hear the tic tic ticking of nails on granite, and might catch the glimpse of a long cinnamon red, white tipped tail brush by the door.

Midnight looks away from her blue prints to look at a panel which links to a sensor at the front door and proceeds to grab her sword to go and check if the disturbance is anything of  threat. Midnight walks out into the halls in which she sees a female Kitsune whom she immediately recognised from her files as a fellow mercenary who had grown big among the circle, Midnight grins knowing that someone else is at least professional within this group.With this knowledge in her mind Midnight realises that she is hungry and head into the kitchen.

"You've never played pool? Well yet me tell you it's a great games," said Mist as grabbed a pool queue from the side of the room and took the first turn. "So," said Mist, "What made you accept Princess Luna's invitation Mr.... actually I don't believe I caught you're name."

Ticktock nodded at Shadow "True,  true but metal is more durable than scales but then again if your in a storm you become a lightning conductor." Ticktock then went back to his spy bot "Well anyway thanks for letting me do that my good sir... so what's your story what do you do for a living?"

Shadow closed his eyes, trying to remember his past. He was looking at the present and future to remember the past, but every once in a while, he would remember the past. He said, 

 

"You're welcome, I used to be what ponies might call hired help, they would ask me to do stuff, but for a small price. I usually did two or more jobs at once. One time I had to get fabric from another pony, which wanted thread. So I gave the thread for the fabric, then gave it to the pony. But Someponies would back down on the deal, which I hate very much, so I use a little... persuasion to make them see it my way."

 

As he said that last part, he raise a leg to scratch his back

"NO!" Ticktock said very quickly makeing a mental note to not get on this dudes bad side. "Well i guess it's only fair i tell you about me. Once upon a time i was one of the most powerful unicorns in Equestria however due to living in Canterlot, in a tower i have a very large rent plus makeing stuff like this spy bot is very expensive so that's when i turned to theft. At first it was just what i needed and i always had the intention of (when i was richer) to give it back but then it just started to get more and more until i was using my inventions to steal expencive items and no-one knew it was me... unless that's what i thought."

I was hiding in my little 'home' aka the attic of my used to be family home when this letter comes throw the window" he leans on the table "I wish I didn't have to be part of my family sometimes...Emerald makes it even worst for me because she gives me crap about how I could never be as good of a thief as her but I don't even want to be like her but those gems just...attract me to them like it is my purpose to steal, I guess my cutie mark is about stealing after all" Jade sighed

Shadow stood up, and said, "Well, it was nice to get to know you, I'll leave you to tinkering with you spy bot. I need to get something from outside the wall of the sleeping quarter. He grabbed the screwdriver he was using, placed it back, and walked out the door to the sleeping quarters. Once he got there, he reached through the wall, and grabbed his bag, that he placed outside the building. He sat on the darkest bed, written things he learned down on a notepad, then placed it back into the wall. After he was done, he breath fog, dense enough to cover the light and took a nap

Ticktock looked at Shadow leave the door "Ok then see ya."

 

After a while of Tinkering Ticktock walked out of the garage behind his robot and began looking around for Midnight paying no attention to no body else. Inside Ticktock was giddy one of his inventions was working and not blowing up in his face not only that but he had met somepony who linked his invention! For Ticktock this was going to be a good day.

"That's a tough break kid," said Mist as he took his turn, "I guess I can sought of relate to having to live up to expectations. You may not believe this but my great grandfather, Typhoon Twister, was one of the original members of this guild. I grew up hearing stories of his amazing adventures and wished that someday I'd be able to do the same. Guess I got my wish."

"I understand," said Mist as he moved around to a good position on the pool table. "You know," Said Mist as he took his turn, "you're pretty good for someone who's never played before." Mist stood back and suddenly felt his throat was really dry. "I don't know about you but I'm parched. I'm quickly gonna grab a drink from the kitchen. You want me to grab you one while I'm there?"

"I'd rather go with you because I don't know if they have the drink I want" Jade said leaving the game room with Dapper "I guess your the leader since I saw you here first right? what does the leader do anyway, other than making the plans" he says reaching the kitchen before him because he flew over the stairs

"Well, I don't really know for certain if I'm leader," said Mist as he followed Jade into the kitchen, "But it would be nice if I was," Mist opened the fridge and grabbed out a can of cola from the fridge. "And the leader doesn't just make plans. The leader is in charge of coordinating missions and usually carries out field work."

"you seem to know more about being a leader than me" Jade says grabbing a can of paraSprite out "Lemon-lime is the best" he then starts to a cabinet that has some neighs sour cream and onion potato chips "I wish I had this stuff normally, most of the time I have to just eat what I can, but I haven't been in a forest for at least 3 months so I got store food and payed with it from my 'findings'"

After i while of looking Ticktock found a door with what looked to be Midnight's cutie mark on the front. He (for some unknown reason) nervously went up to the door and knocked it hoping to Luna that she would answer the knock and not just ignore it. He then stepped back from the door just in case it opened in his face.

"Speaking of leading," Mist said to Jade, "how about I lead us back to the games room so we can finish our game?" Mist brought the can of Cola up to his mouth and chugged the rest of his drink. He then let out a large burp. "Pardon me," Said Mist as he began to make his way to the games room, "Come on slowpoke, I have a game of pool to win."

"like you can beat me in a race" he puts both his drink and snack in both of his front hooves then flies up the stairs again "how about you catch up? I've been flying fast for a long time" he commented as he got up the stairs again then started flying toward the game room. I think I like it here already Jade thought with a smile

Default trotted next to the HQ and checked his phone for the coordinates. "Yep this is the place" he said to nopony in particular and walked in. Upon coming to an old furnace he muttered the password under his breath. After finishing the code the furnace then proceeded to open. "Well this it." And he climbed through the secret entrance.

While Midnight is preparing herself a sandwich she hears those two gossipers again and desides to leave the room but at that moment her entrance panel lights up and she sees a unicorn which h a cutie mark for a hard drive and remembers a file she managed to secure from one of her missions about the pony. If this guy was good enough to get rid of the computer records she would have to keep an eye on him.

 

Midnight returns from the kitchen and in front of her bedroom she finds the unicorn from earlier whom had seemed to wait for her to open it it even though she was not even in the room. Midnight walks to the unicorn and says to him " what do you want?"

Ticktock jumped "Ahh! Wait... WHAT! I thought you were in here. Anyway thanks to your help I got my robot working at 100% no chance of exploding, I also took the opportunity to install a magical clock to it sure it only lasts for five minuets before it needs to charge up but it works none the less so thank you." Ticktock gives her a hug and then pulls away waiting to see how she would react.

Mist opened his wings and flew after Jade, 'Whoa,' Mist thought to himself, 'this guy is fast.' Mist flapped his wings harder and flew into the games room. He looked up and saw Jade already waiting. "I'll give you that kid, you beat me fair and square," said mist as he moved back to the pool table, "But there's now way you'll beat me at pool."
