Rarity more powerful than Trixie?

Rarity is the most powerful pony in terms of magical abilities in my eye, though she doesn't use her power brutishly. She has shown that she can levitate hundreds of objects with abreeze and we see twilight and others levitate only one or two at once. Her elegance and concentration are on high level in terms of magic she knows huge variety of spells and I think even more than twilight. Though twilight actually studies her magic but i believe rarity is gifted with more power than we can even imagine

you have to be crazy to think rarity has better magical abilities than THE ELEMENT OF MAGIC herself.

 

Has rarity ever picked up a gigantic bear? Plus twilight is superior by default considering she is an alicorn

It is debatable, power comes from passion and Rarity is full of passion, mostly for fashion, when she was corrupted and became Nightmare Rarity all that passion was redirected from fashion to power, she became unstoppable, no one was powerful enough to stop her.

Where does it say that magical power comes from passion in the MLP universe?.  Also, about that whole Nightmare Rarity thing. The source of that power probably came from the spirit thingy that took control of her body and turned into Nightmare Rarity, and not from Rarity herself.

If it were to come from passion Twilight would be far stronger STILL because she is extremely passionate about learning, magic, and friendship.

In mysterious mare do well, twilight is able to restore a bridge thats broken into tons of tiny peices.
