@@Totally Ducklett,

Seeing the other gun bait being the mare close enough and guns redirecting at her Star dived in and pushed her behind cover along with himself, quickly regaining posture and ignoring the hissing pain from his earlier graze wound.

He then shouted to all.

"I say one person distracts them while the others run the bridge to the safe area... being the mine-field. If we are quick enough we can all make it! "

@@Demirari, @, @,

Midnight grinned madly, looking pretty insane. She charged forward at the turrets, screaming profane things at these inanimate guns. As Midnight got closer, she took some hits in non-vital areas; but she kept charging. It was strange how such a seemingly normal mare could soak up so much pain and be so insanely brave.

Quack. Totally a Ducklett.

Gentle Secret leaps for it, landing near the exit panting. That was certainly one of the most difficult courses she had ever encountered. Wincing, Gentle Secret slowly got up, minding the burnt from one of the laser-beams that had gotten uncomfortably close.

Turning around, Gentle Secret watched as her teammate tried to pass the course. "You can do it!" Gentle Secret shouted encouragingly before she turned her attention to the exit. Peaking slightly up, Gentle Secret immediately ducked down as a hail of bullets rained down from the last turret that was not preoccupied. This will be stupid.

"Oh my," Fernly simply stated as it watched Midnight Comet lose her sanity. It was rather interesting, but not funny. The funny part is when a pony steps onto a mine, now that is when fun happens.

If Fernly's flawed calculations were correct, the mines should initiate a chain-reaction that'll blow up half of the room. There shouldn't be any issue in inducing a chain-reaction, after all, the mines were literally clustered together.

@@Demirari,

With a last bound, Fantasy Moon managed to get past the course, but not without a scratch.  The adrenaline blocked the pain of the half of her ear that got cut off by the lasers and a small bit of her right front hoof was missing.  And of course, her long tail and mane were a bit choppy now, her bangs showing a bit of her other eye now.  And the thin, years-old scar that barely missed it.

She gulped at the last leg of the course.  "What now?"

Star would gaze in amusement at the heroic charge... acting immidietly not to waste the sacrifice he broke once more into a gallop, the turrets fixed on Midnight.

Doing it perfect he passed the bridge into a little safe-spot right before the mine field, stopping right next to Fantasy, glad to see her back almost as if the tragic event of a couple of minutes ago didn't happen.

b]@@Akari of Duskshire[/b],

Wanting to say something but stopping himself Star took a few steps towards the field.

"There are two ways to do this... either we throw Enzo... or Khris at the mine field, because he is the most careless with everything. Or, we be careful and pray to Celestia we don't step on anything. "

Further inspecting the field of invisible mines many ideas rushed through Stars head, but all nulling each other out sooner or later... there was no efficient way to pass this, which only made him delve deeper into his sadness.

"Well, I can think many other choices... the narrator isn't kind enough to make it easy with actually having it be based on luck, the mines are probably one right next to another, making it impossible to run through unharmed.... but here once more we have En-" Star stopped once more realizing how bad this sounds once more.

"...I can't think clearly... this is just... ugh. "

Deciding to get his mind clear Star turned to Fantasy, having to start somewhere.

"I'm sorry... I was hardly a second late... if I ran a little bit faster I could have dived in and got you out before that turret riddled you with the bullets... sorry, I know I probably shouldn't but I blame myself..."

Turning away and back to the mine field he kept inspecting it.

"..I don't even know how big of an explosion these mines cause... But... maybe throwing something will trigger a mine... but then we'd have to make some distance... it would cause a big explosion if it did probably... or it wouldn't... but why take chances?... If we had some dust or sand we could throw it over the mines... it would reveal their locations and then we just step where there are none.."

@@Demirari,

"Stop dancing around with the turret and get over here Mrs. Secret!'
